“Better tracking and teamwork overall”
Pros
ClickUp has been really helpful for creating tasks, keeping everything organized and scheduling work clearly. Since we started using it my team's productivity has improved a lot. It makes it simple to follow the workflow, stay on top of deadlines and gives everyone access to important files when they need them.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at first because it can feel somewhat complex but once you understand how it works, you can really get the most out of it.

“Customizable tracking done the right way”
Pros
Compared with other project management tools, this software seems much easier to use and is also far more affordable. The level of customization is what I appreciated most and being able to hide certain projects from other team members is a really useful touch. Creating organizing and scheduling tasks is simple and the time tracking and progress tracking features have truly been a game-changer for our team.
Cons
At this point I am genuinely very satisfied with the software. I just hope the team keeps developing it and adds even more features over time, although everything currently available already covers all of my needs.

“Needs much better customer support”
Pros
Keeping everyone aligned across different projects in real time is definitely useful with this tool. It also integrates with Slack so I get notified whenever certain lists receive new tasks. Another feature I like is the Google Chrome extension since it lets me turn emails into tasks and attach those emails for quick reference later.
Cons
They really need to put more effort into customer service and bring in support staff who are stronger analytical thinkers.

“Organizes tasks really well”
Pros
One thing I really liked about this software is its strong product management system and organizing tasks becomes very simple when using it.
Cons
The downside is that different tools still need to be developed to keep up with the software and make it function properly.

“Team collaboration all in one place”
Pros
Having one shared place where multiple teams can work on the same project or task is a huge advantage. It's especially helpful to separate the people who need to lead actions from those who just need visibility into what's happening without being directly involved. Since team members don't meet face to face, a tool like this really helps reduce misunderstandings around processes and how work should be handled.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve because the platform offers so many features and customization options. It takes a while to get comfortable with it and really use it to its full potential. Also some features still feel a bit like minimum viable products so they could use more refinement and improvement.

“all in one control for projects”
Pros
Keeping long-term projects on track has always been tough for me because I tend to leave too many paths open and keep shifting my schedule. This platform really helps me stay consistent and organized. Having every task in one place makes a huge difference. The setup is excellent because it gives me a clear big-picture view while also letting me quickly check the smaller activities at a glance. I no longer lose myself in the details and I can stay on top of my projects at all times, from tasks and subtasks to timing. Another feature I really appreciate is the training center, It University. I am still discovering everything the platform can do since it offers so many useful tools and learning to manage them all takes time. The training center is well structured and I can always find what I need to keep improving.
Cons
It's an extremely capable platform with a lot of depth and a huge number of options. For someone like me running things solo, it fits my needs very well. The only real difficulty is the complexity because there is a lot to handle. It takes time to build enough knowledge and experience to really make full use of all the features.

“Flexible task flow with docs”
Pros
One thing I really like is how flexible it is. I can add tasks, set timeframes, arrange them in sequence and even place editable documents directly inside the tasks as they move through the workflow.
Cons
Since I am working solo, there are a lot of features I simply don't need and it would be much better if I could switch those off to make the system simpler for everyday use.

“Powerful but feels a bit messy”
Pros
There's a surprisingly wide range of functionality in the free version and it feels very powerful for software you can use without paying.
Cons
Over time it started to feel bloated with too many features and the interface and overall ease of use have taken a hit. It can be pretty confusing to navigate.

“Modern hub for getting work done”
Pros
It's clearly built around helping users save time and get more done by bringing a lot of different tools together into a single dashboard or hub. Instead of bouncing between a dozen separate apps, I can handle a lot of that in one integrated space. It pulls this off fairly well and the interface makes a big difference too as it looks good, bright, modern and very in step with current software design.
Cons
When a platform tries to cover this much, it usually ends up falling a little short in certain areas. Even though it integrates with a lot of tools, it still cannot bring in every feature from every piece of software. Because of that, I sometimes feel that using separate apps while a bit more complicated still gives me better control over how things are done.

“Packed with features and a winner”
Pros
Right away ClickUp felt like one of the most capable task management tools I have used. It's packed with features and has been able to handle pretty much everything I have needed it to do. The interface looks good, navigation makes sense and it works really well for both me and my team since we use it every single day. I also appreciate that the development team keeps rolling out improvements and new features on a regular basis. On top of that it's affordable which makes it even better.
Cons
Getting started does take some time because there's definitely a learning curve and all the options can feel a little overwhelming at first. That said they do provide helpful instructional videos on YouTube which makes it much easier to get up to speed.

“Handles project work very well”
Pros
What I value most is how well it manages information and organizes projects. With the kinds of projects our team handles, everything was coordinated in a simple way, even with many collaborators involved in different roles.
Cons
Overall I don't have any major complaints. If anything, report generation could be a bit more efficient.

“Templates center is a standout feature”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the templates center. It gives you plenty of inspiration to work from and you can also build your own templates and keep them all organized in one place.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about but if I had to nitpick, I'd say the UI could use a small refresh. Monday.com still feels a bit cleaner and more modern to me though it's not a major issue at all.

“Free hub that works for scrum”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons I enjoy using it is that it's free and even with that, it covers both simple and more advanced project management needs. It works especially well for teams using SCRUM since you can organize sprints and keep track of all project-related activities in one place. Sharing information is also really convenient, whether it's images, documents, text, URLs or other files and the drag-and-drop interface makes that process feel natural. On top of that it includes internal chat and comments across everything which helps collaboration a lot. Another plus is that you can install it on your computer and keep working offline because it's built as a PWA. The built-in clock for tracking time on each task is also a really useful feature.
Cons
Honestly, I am not pointing out any cons here because I have been happy with all the features in this application and it has been a very good tool for managing projects.

“Teams finally feel aligned now”
Pros
Bringing multiple teams into one place to collaborate on the same project or task has been really valuable. It's especially helpful that the platform separates people who are responsible for action items from those who only need visibility into what's going on. Since some of our teams don't meet face to face, we used to run into process-related misunderstandings and this has done a lot to keep everyone aligned around a shared project.
Cons
One downside is that customer support doesn't offer live chat or phone assistance. Because of that, getting a response can take about a day especially with time zone differences in the mix.
