“Easy to get used to
Pros
Our employees find it easy to get started with and use. It makes time tracking and calculating working hours in our office a lot easier.
Cons
We had some network issues but they were fixed quickly. We haven't faced any other problems so far.

I figured it out without needing instructions. The names, photos and feed.... all look like a Facebook feed.
Cons
There's nothing negative about it. The app does send notifications to people outside the team but it's not really a problem.

It's not easy to find a team member's phone number in the app. I'd prefer if their numbers were easily accessible.

It's a central hub for managing business. It made everything easier by keeping everything in one place including messaging employees, tracking progress and more.
Cons
I don't like getting a bunch of emails. But I can always flag them as spam.

Pros
This is definitely the most friendly tool we've used for both field and office staff. The templates for creating rosters make life much quicker and easier.
Cons
Extra add-ons are adding up and we've had a few syncing issues with Zero for payroll.

Pros
I find it so flexible. We're using it to replace many of our systems. The scheduling and time clock features work great together and reporting is simple and highly customizable.
Cons
I think it's a bit pricey. The way the plans are separated into different products with varying prices can be confusing and add up quickly. It's frustrating when you discover a great new feature only to find out you need to upgrade again.

Pros
Offers so many features. We use everything in each Hub and the team chat is the one we use the most.
Cons
As a small business with fewer than 10 employees, it's normal for people to leave and join. I don't like that the free version limits me to 10 users (including old and new) and the paid version with all the same features we use, is too expensive for a small business.

I don't have to deal with collecting sheets or adding things up. The hours are already there for me at the end of the pay period.
Cons
Can be tricky to manage paid time off. It seems like you can only book a full 8-hour shift off, not a half day.

Out of all the options I love scheduling and time clock integration the most especially for a small business at this price.
Cons
Settings aren't as easy to figure out as I'd like. Their customer service is great at helping me get where I need to be but I'd prefer to be more independent.

I can track the team's hours using the clock-in function which helps with budgeting and allocating shifts.
Cons
If you clock in for one shift, you have to clock out to switch to another. The team doesn't always follow that rule.

I find it simple to track staff timesheets. Setting up new employees is quick if you know where everything is. It's really useful for having employees in different cities and works well with the time clock showing the time based on your current location.
Cons
There aren't many options for running reports. Some options don't appear when adding employees and issues don't show until the employee logs in and notifies the admin.
