Easy to get used to

Pros

Our employees find it easy to get started with and use. It makes time tracking and calculating working hours in our office a lot easier.

Cons

We had some network issues but they were fixed quickly. We haven't faced any other problems so far.

Pros

I figured it out without needing instructions. The names, photos and feed.... all look like a Facebook feed.

Cons

There's nothing negative about it. The app does send notifications to people outside the team but it's not really a problem.

One place for everything

Pros

Brings the team together in one place for updates, celebrations, questions and motivation during busy times.

Cons

It's not easy to find a team member's phone number in the app. I'd prefer if their numbers were easily accessible.

centralized solution

Pros

It's a central hub for managing business. It made everything easier by keeping everything in one place including messaging employees, tracking progress and more.

Cons

I don't like getting a bunch of emails. But I can always flag them as spam.

simplest tool out there

Pros

This is definitely the most friendly tool we've used for both field and office staff. The templates for creating rosters make life much quicker and easier.

Cons

Extra add-ons are adding up and we've had a few syncing issues with Zero for payroll.

can adjust it to fit my needs

Pros

I find it so flexible. We're using it to replace many of our systems. The scheduling and time clock features work great together and reporting is simple and highly customizable.

Cons

I think it's a bit pricey. The way the plans are separated into different products with varying prices can be confusing and add up quickly. It's frustrating when you discover a great new feature only to find out you need to upgrade again.

Limited free version

Pros

Offers so many features. We use everything in each Hub and the team chat is the one we use the most.

Cons

As a small business with fewer than 10 employees, it's normal for people to leave and join. I don't like that the free version limits me to 10 users (including old and new) and the paid version with all the same features we use, is too expensive for a small business.

calculates hours for me

Pros

I don't have to deal with collecting sheets or adding things up. The hours are already there for me at the end of the pay period.

Cons

Can be tricky to manage paid time off. It seems like you can only book a full 8-hour shift off, not a half day.

Suited for small businesses

Pros

Out of all the options I love scheduling and time clock integration the most especially for a small business at this price.

Cons

Settings aren't as easy to figure out as I'd like. Their customer service is great at helping me get where I need to be but I'd prefer to be more independent.

helpful for budgeting

Pros

I can track the team's hours using the clock-in function which helps with budgeting and allocating shifts.

Cons

If you clock in for one shift, you have to clock out to switch to another. The team doesn't always follow that rule.

Easy to access schedules

Pros

It was so easy to clock in and out, access schedules and keep up with company updates. Nothing complex about it!

Cons

When multiple updates come through at once, there are too many notifications

lets me track timesheets

Pros

I find it simple to track staff timesheets. Setting up new employees is quick if you know where everything is. It's really useful for having employees in different cities and works well with the time clock showing the time based on your current location.

Cons

There aren't many options for running reports. Some options don't appear when adding employees and issues don't show until the employee logs in and notifies the admin.

Pros

It has a diverse set of functions. You can generate reports, update timesheets and even adjust schedules all in one place.

Smooth google integration

Pros

I like that it connects to my employees' Apple and Google Calendars. The admin and approval process is easy to follow.

Cons

Setting up multiple shifts per employee or by job description feels difficult and not very user-friendly.

Pros

Really brings everything together. I love how organized it makes things. My employees can easily check their own time, PTO and more. Their staff was a big help setting everything up.

Cons

There's no integration with Toast yet but I've heard it might be added soon. Once that happens I think it'll be even better.

Tracks time for companies of all sizes

Pros

This system is simple to use and the time tracking is perfect for both large and small businesses. Connecteam also offers great value for money.

Cons

The clock-in and clock-out feature doesn't work at times but it's been improving recently. Really doesn't have many flaws overall.

Great mobile app

Friendly customer care team

Pros

Support staff is friendly and always willing to help with issues. They respond quickly and always provide great solutions for any issues we face.

Cons

Nothing to write here. It is user friendly and the videos on each tab helped me get the hang of things on my first try.
