Pros
Really enjoy how simple the scheduling system is to use. It's broken down in a way that makes everything super organized and the color coding looks great.
Cons
It would be great if the app could recognize when someone's already scheduled at a facility so we don't accidentally double-book them.

Everything I need right there. Being able to create weekly schedules and save them as drafts to easily copy and paste is such a plus.
Cons
It can take long to load on my desktop but when I use the app on my phone, the speed is fine.

It is my favorite tool for managing schedules, timesheets and more. The chat feature and task assignment are incredibly useful.
Cons
The price tag gets too high as your company grows which makes me hesitant to expand. The way their plans are set up is confusing and it almost forces you to choose the highest plan.

Sometimes I can't clock in when I'm at the designated GPS location but I can clock in when I'm under admin. This might just be user error.

This would be an effective way for our team to stay connected throughout the day if it worked properly.
Cons
The app sometimes registers clock-ins or clock-outs but then later we find out it didn't save. This has happened to every employee multiple times. Messages also have delays, sometimes taking anywhere from 2 minutes to several hours making communication difficult. Also making the minimum character limit for review descriptions mandatory is a bit ridiculous.

Time tracking and employee management are super convenient. It's an efficient tool overall for managing work especially when you have multiple locations.
Cons
When the connection is weak, the app bugs out. There should be a better update for this because sometimes I try to clock in and only realize hours later that it didn't register.

I would say it's a solid application and we use the Time Clock, Forms and Chat features all the time. We also use Surveys occasionally.
Cons
Not the easiest to handle. As a supervisor I sometimes have to try several times to adjust timecards for employees. Also the window tab icon looks similar to Meta Business Suite and I often open the wrong tab by mistake.

Getting in contact with support is easy. The core features for posting items to the team work well though they can be a bit complex at times.
Cons
The chat notifications fail consistently and aren't easily fixed by support. They require frequent updates or even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. My team often complains about missing urgent messages.

It's super convenient to log in, work my hours, log breaks and clock out, whether I'm in the office or working remotely. I can also check my hours, request time off and communicate with any or all of my coworkers.
Cons
Sometimes it's slow to log in and I might have to close the app or restart my phone. I'm not sure if it's an internet issue.

I really liked how my team can easily connect, share ideas and request shift coverage.
Cons
What I like least about Connecteam is how it interacts between the phone and iPad app. If someone forgets to clock out and I do it on my phone, it doesn't register on the iPad and when they try to clock in next, it shows them clocking out again, even though they're already clocked out.
