Creating schedules and assigning tasks is really simple. We use Connecteam both weekly and daily to work with our team.
Cons
I wish the different service levels didn't have such a big price jump. For instance we wanted to add checklists but the price difference is way too high for our small business.

Pros
This all-in-one solution makes managing the workforce so much easier especially for deskless teams. The mobile app lets employees clock in/out, access schedules, complete tasks and submit forms on the go.
Cons
It doesn't integrate well with many third-party tools like payroll, CRM or accounting software. While it tracks time, Connecteam doesn't handle payroll processing so I have to export data manually.

Pros
Scheduling shifts was really easy and saved a ton of time and admin work compared to other methods we've tried.
Cons
I find it confusing that salary is added per user and not per job. I still get it wrong sometimes.

“easy user management, frustrating time clock
Pros
Being able to add multiple new users at once is great. Changing permissions is simple and I really appreciate the option for the visually impaired.
Cons
The time clock feature can be frustrating when adding a new line. It adds the new line but it disappears right after. I have to add it again and it's a time-consuming process. Also, it would be nice not to need a code every time I log in. Since we switch between time clocks throughout the day, it's hard to have all these codes on my phone. Another thing, some employees need to clock in from other locations and some don't. It would be helpful to have the option to turn off the geo fence for specific employees.

It's easy to use on both PC and mobile. Creating custom reports and filters makes certain tasks much faster.
Cons
I'm still figuring out how groups are used and how to organize chats and teams into sections. Also we don't receive notifications when we add more users than allowed.

I enjoy all the features like recognizing people, events and courses. It's a great tool for staying in touch with all staff and makes communication so convenient.
Cons
The mobile version doesn't work the same as the desktop. Sometimes I try to work on something from home and it's not available on the mobile app.

Very efficient and our employees didn't need much guidance to learn it. They quickly adopted it as their go-to communication tool.
Cons
Updates threw us off a couple of times at first. I don't remember the details but we had issues with logging hours when the app didn't recognize the employee was on-site.

Creating and managing a schedule is simple and it makes viewing the schedule so easy. I also love the notifications.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. It has made my job a lot easier. The only thing I'd change is adding a calendar view to the mobile app.

I can't rank staff by seniority so the most senior are at the top and get assigned more jobs. I have a large staff and scrolling up and down takes too much time.

Enjoyed the collaboration features. The app was easy to use and communication with the team was smooth. Scheduling, time tracking and task management were all in one place which saved time and kept everything organized.
Cons
The constant need to re-login is annoying. Some features felt limited unless we upgraded to a paid plan. There were also occasional glitches or delays when syncing data or receiving notifications. A bit more customization would make it better.

Appreciate the clock-in and clock-out feature and the address feature when logging in is great. Scheduling and rostering for the team has been so much easier, thanks to Connecteam.
Cons
I haven't had any negative experiences with Connecteam so far. The app has been reliable and easy to use with features like clocking in and out, location tracking and scheduling all working smoothly. It's made task management and team coordination much easier.
