“Simple to organize
Pros
I love scheduling my team in the right places they need to be. The different colors for different areas make it easy to organize.
Cons
I can't copy and paste my employees in the order I want. Sorting them by department doesn't work for my company.

“quite user-friendly
Pros
Using shift templates and adding staff to the same shifts is super easy. It's also really user-friendly for the staff.
Cons
Can't copy from two weeks ago, only the previous week. Being able to do that would make repeating full weeks so much easier.

“est software we have ever used
Pros
It is so easy to get the hang of. After trying many different apps, this one is the best by far. The desktop version is visually appealing and easy to color-code for quick scheduling.
Cons
There are so many updates coming all the time that I can't keep up with them. It's not a bad thing but every time I think I've got a new feature figured out, there's another one to catch up on.

“no major complaints
Pros
Using the app with my travel agency has felt smooth and helpful. I can upload documents, talk with my team, share training materials and handle a bunch of things in one place. It gives our agency a shared spot to stay organized and grow together. I don't have to jump between different apps anymore, which saves time and keeps everyone on the same page.
Cons
From my side I honestly don't have major complaints. I would like the web dashboard to feel a bit clearer though. Whenever I try to start a new post or make a file, I end up clicking around longer than I want to. It works but I wish those tools were easier to spot right away.

“Well-structured program
Pros
There are a bunch of tools in one spot like staff scheduling, group chats, a directory, quizzes and tagging options, plus courses for everyone. The layout is clear enough to read and work with. I do wish some of the settings were grouped in a simpler way because sometimes I feel like I'm clicking deeper and deeper to find one thing but overall, it's solid.
Cons
In my experience access settings feel scattered. Each tool has its own set of permissions buried in different screens and I have to click through several sections just to confirm who can do what. The chat also feels a little delayed when typing which throws off rhythm during group discussions. I really wish there was an option to make open group chat spaces where everyone can speak freely instead of only admins. That would help conversations feel more natural across teams.

“I can track everyone's hours
Pros
My team likes how they can clock in and out fast, switch roles when needed and request time off right inside the app. I can see everybody's hours right away which makes it easier to stay organized and review timesheets without digging through paperwork.
Cons
I have noticed that some items are stored in areas that don't really match how I search for them. For example documents could be organized more logically so we can quickly find or print files that were shared in chat. It would help work move faster.

“Friendly system
Pros
The system is friendly to work with. Scheduling shifts for groups feels smooth and it's simple to send notices to everyone at once. The messaging area lets staff reply or drop notes back and the request area helps workers speak up without needing to call or text separately.
Cons
There's nothing wrong with the app itself for me but I did notice that some of our team members resisted switching to it just because it was new. The challenge wasn't the tool, it was people getting used to something different.

“organizes my work
Pros
I enjoy the way all the tools come together to make daily work feel lighter. One part I really appreciate is when it automatically sends my work schedule into my Google calendar. That small detail saves me from mixing up shifts or forgetting an update.
Cons
I sometimes get flooded with chat notifications that don't relate to what I'm doing. It would be useful to have a way to mute or hide certain threads so I only see what matters to me.

“Clear dashboard
Pros
The layout and main dashboard are clear and don't feel overwhelming. I can glance at things and understand what's happening without digging for updates or pressing multiple buttons.
Cons
There are a few features I wish were available that would match our workflow better. For now, I work around it but I do hope more options come over time.

“responsive interface
Pros
Interface feels responsive and simple to control. I can manage what I need without feeling lost or slowed down and everything reacts quickly when I move around in the app.
Cons
I've run into occasional glitches when logging in to clock in which can slow things down a bit at the start of the day. When it works, it's good.

“Lets everyone see updates
Pros
Making weekly or monthly schedules and reaching out to my team is quick here. It cuts down the back-and-forth messaging because everyone sees updates in real time.
Cons
I used the Daily Notes function one time and then couldn't figure out how to repeat what I did. It left me confused. I also really want an option to add events straight to the calendar so I don't have to rely on workarounds.

“interface needs an upgrade
Pros
The GPS time tracking has helped a lot with confirming where team members are working from. It brings peace of mind and clears up any confusion when reviewing work hours.
Cons
To me the layout doesn't fully match our daily business needs. We needed something that could handle more of our operations, not just a portion of them. It works but it doesn't cover everything we hoped.

“Fits our needs
Pros
I appreciate how I can shape the app to fit what our business actually uses. There are many tools in it but I like being able to turn off the ones we don't need so the app doesn't feel crowded. Scheduling shifts is comfortable too and the team often says the app feels smooth for them to work in.
Cons
One issue I keep running into is when someone forgets to clock out inside the location boundary. The system locks editing on their time and then the admin has to fix it manually which adds extra work for no real reason.

“great hours overview, no gusto payroll sync
Pros
As someone who manages others, I really like having everyone's hours in one table. It helps me review time worked quickly instead of chasing different notes or reports. Everything is grouped together which saves me time.
Cons
My main frustration is that it doesn't connect with our payroll provider, Gusto. Because of that we have to do manual transfers and double-checking which takes extra time.

“top-notch support
Pros
I move around the app easily and their support team deserves real credit. When I ask something or need help fixing an issue, I speak to an actual person, not a bot. They are patient and quick to answer questions when I need help.
Cons
At this point I haven't found anything negative that stands out. It has handled what we use it for and hasn't caused any problems for us so far.

“Helpful timeclocks for different areas
Pros
It's great being able to have multiple time clocks for different work areas. The automations are nice too especially when grouping employees by the right role or place they work in. It cuts down a lot of manual sorting on my end.
Cons
The auto-schedule tool doesn't always follow the rules or patterns we set so we have to adjust the results ourselves. Some small design tweaks in the filter area would also make sorting and searching feel smoother.

“easy login
Pros
Getting into the app is quick and simple for me and it helps a lot with keeping track of holidays. I can log in without any issues and check everything related to time off in just a few taps. It's one less thing to stress about during busy days.
Cons
Nothing as such bothers me.

“Keeps us connected
Pros
I really like how this tool keeps our whole team connected and lets us celebrate milestones together. All the team info sits in one spot where I can easily find it. I also like being able to upload training files for each person and set reminders when something like a license is about to expire. The built-in forms are great too and I can make my own without much effort.
Cons
I've noticed that to access certain tools, I sometimes have to switch to a higher plan. It's not a dealbreaker because each tier does include quite a bit but it can still feel like some features are just out of reach.

“quick set up
Pros
Setting things up didn't take long at all. What really stood out was the support. The Connecteam crew even gave me a call after setup and scheduled a Zoom session to walk me through the details and show me how each section works. It made the start so much easier.
Cons
There are sections on the main dashboard that don't belong to the plan I'm currently using. They stay visible and keep showing upgrade messages when I click them by mistake which interrupts my workflow more than I'd like.

“useful location tracking feature
Pros
The location tracking feature is really handy, especially for field workers. It's quick to open and check who's onsite and the access part works smoothly for the whole crew. It keeps everything in check without extra effort.
Cons
I personally feel that some smaller actions like approving multiple items at once should already come included instead of requiring a paid upgrade. It would make daily tasks a little smoother.
