Pros
As I am someone with poor handwriting and have zero organizational skills, this product has been saved me. It helps me steer clear of piles of Post it notes and streamlines my relations with client through automation. I highly recommend giving it a try. you'll definitely love it!

I have not come across any flaws regarding this software, as it am started to use it quite recently and that too on a free trial.

Pros
I cannot point out a single feature that sets this product apart, but many such as the seamless integration of email, CRM, calendar, task management, project planning and workflow automation. It has greatly improved our communication, organization and my overall oversight of everything. Additionally as someone overseeing multiple companies Dyando allows me to monitor all activities from all my companies in one place. I haven't come across any other platforms that offer this level of functionality.
Cons
The web version is fantastic but it would be great if they developed a mobile application. While it hasn't been an issue for my employees who primarily work on computers, it would be convenient for me to have access to the full functionality on the go. Most preferably with push notifications.
