Pros
FreshBooks is uncomplicated to learn use and sustain. Its interface is clear and easy to comprehend ensuring timely delivery of recurring invoices each month. I consistently encounter no problems with the transfer of funds to my bank account.
Cons
I strongly dislike the fact that many additional options are hidden behind secondary or tertiary paywalls. Given the annual fee I pay I believe all these features should be unlocked without extra charges. Paying an additional $30 or more per month just to automatically charge a saved credit/debit card seems unreasonable.
