“Great expense tracking”
Pros
This app has been really helpful for keeping up with expenses across the whole company and it's nice that payments can be scheduled on a large calendar.
Cons
There are a few small bugs that need fixing but they seem like they could be resolved within a few days. Also, it doesn't include an automatic invoice delivery/transfer to other systems.

“Loved it”
Pros
So simple for the everyday parts of my workflow, I love it! From building proposals, converting them into invoices and then following everything through to payment, this tool makes it simple. The online client portal, where clients can review and accept, has also been a big win.
Cons
Because numbering for proposals and invoices is flexible, I occasionally lose track of specific items. That flexibility is helpful but it would be better if there were options to set my own numbering rules or even rules per account.

“Fantastic for my team”
Pros
Customer service has been nothing short of excellent. Whenever something comes up with the software, the help and turnaround are top, notch, there's really no comparison. I'd strongly recommend this platform especially if you're willing to purchase the full set of available products. The accounting features are designed with smaller businesses in mind and it's helped us run things more efficiently overall.
Cons
Installation steps were a bit tiring if you're not very tech-savvy.

“missing key SMB functions”
Pros
It runs at a decent level but it didn't really win me over.
Cons
This doesn't feel like a fully functional tool for SMBs, quite a few features are missing so it doesn't cover the needs you'd expect.

“strong features”
Pros
All-cloud approach and it's genuinely simple to use. It also connects nicely with Formstack and Google Drive which makes my workflow a lot faster.
Cons
There's no built in option to back up data and I also miss the ability to create POs. On occasion the app feels a bit slow which can be annoying when you're in the middle of a task.

“Highly recommended”
Pros
Managing expenses, payments and billing is way more organized when using this. It's also great for tracking project progress, seeing the time spent in a clear way makes it feel properly used.
Cons
Integration with other platforms like Shopify isn't always clear or adaptive.

“basic bank imports but card linking missing”
Pros
Getting started with basic accounts felt simple and pulling in bank account details stayed simple enough to keep everything up to date. Connecting bank accounts was quick so the information stayed current without much hassle.
Cons
I couldn't link a credit card account to a different bank account in order to record card spending as a credit against the connected bank balance. Support said that behavior isn't available as a feature right now though they might add it later. That gap makes the overall bookkeeping workflow feel less useful for my setup.

“friendly setup”
Pros
Setup felt simple and it honestly worked well for me since I'm not great with numbers. The experience was really nice and I'm still using it today.
Cons
Did have to look through the manual they included. The online explanations seemed more convenient overall so the printed instructions could be improved.

“strong off-premise accounting with cloud security”
Pros
Really enjoying this off-premise accounting system. It also makes good use of modern cloud security features which helps keep the information protected.
Cons
Haven't run into many issues with it over the past year or so since I started using it.

“cloud backup with room for FAQs”
Pros
Cloud-based accounting backup is something I really like and the way the features are laid out. Everything feels incredibly user-friendly and the overall setup works well for day-to-day accounting tasks.
Cons
Whenever something doesn't go quite right, I'm basically forced to reach out to customer support. It would help if they expanded the self-help library or added more detailed FAQs since there are times when I'd rather troubleshoot on my own than wait for support.

“recurring billing and follow-ups”
Pros
Honestly though, i enjoy the "set it and forget it" workflow. The recurring billing feature is a big win and it's super convenient that I can also send follow-ups, apply coupons or collect payments from the same portal without bouncing between tools.
Cons
It may take some accounting folks a little getting used to since it's not the traditional journal entry setup they're used to. That said, it doesn't really seem designed for that exact market so the mismatch is kind of expected.

“customizable income & expense tracking”
Pros
I can customize both my expenses and income to match how I actually track things. The layout is also easy to follow and the reporting plus sorting options make it simple to review what matters.
Cons
There's no way to brand it as my own, no white-label option is available. If that feature exists, it seems like it's probably reserved for the higher-priced plans.

“quick support”
Pros
It's genuinely simple to use and understand. I especially appreciate how it organizes everything, from creating client accounts to sending invoices. The top-line view and statements make it fast to see which balances are still outstanding. Editing invoices is simple too. Customer support has been excellent, responses are quick and they get issues resolved without dragging things out.
Cons
Only minor issues, there were a couple technical hiccups while integrating the API with Red Mine but the team handled it quickly and fixed it.

“great invoicing plus credit cards”
Pros
Turned out to be a really useful tool for sending invoices to clients and getting payments in. The dashboard is simple to follow, the invoice templates are simple to work with and the ability to accept credit card payments is a big reason I keep using it.
Cons
An improvement I'd love to see is an option to resend invoices automatically or after a set amount of time. I know there's still the option to download the invoice or use a shareable link but when you just need to nudge a client again, a direct "resend" would be the quickest option.

Pros
This has been really useful for small business owners who want something that runs fast. The overall speed makes day-to-day tasks feel a lot more manageable especially when you're juggling a bunch of things at once.

“revamp caused major invoice issues”
Pros
I used to like the original setup a lot, the workflow and permissions made it simple for multiple people to send out invoices and we could quickly double-check that everything was completed correctly.
Cons
After they revamped the platform, things fell apart and we ran into a bunch of issues. When we contacted support to report the problems, we were told our costs were going to increase by 72%. I asked if they could grandfather our account in but the answer was no since the change is happening across the board. Overall, it's been really disappointing and we're now planning to switch to another service.

“Outstanding customer service”
Pros
Software feels simple to use, includes the right set of features and the support team is honestly outstanding. Recently, it also rolled out "double-entry" accounting which has turned it into a more complete accounting system instead of just an invoicing tool.
Cons
Few capabilities are still labeled as beta though they've been working solidly. There are also some missing features. The main limitation I ran into is that my bank line of credit transactions can't be imported from that account type. Also, the general ledger report doesn't show a running balance, it only lists "Net Movement" as the total. For accounts that start with an opening balance, that makes it harder to reconcile balance sheet and profit & loss figures unless your accountant adds the starting balance for those accounts.

“simple invoicing for small business”
Pros
It has been excellent.. setup and day-to-day use are really simple. I moved from QuickBooks to FreshBooks a little over a year ago and the change has paid off without any regrets. QuickBooks just felt overly complicated for what I actually needed.
Cons
No real complaints so far. It's simple to use and fits my small business perfectly.

“great invoicing and expense tracking”
Pros
Found a solid fit for my business needs. As a freelancer, I submit invoices every month to employers and it does a great job of keeping everything organized. It also helps me track my expenses while giving me a clear view of any extra income.
Cons
Only downside is the cost. Even though the price is pretty attractive compared to other tools, I can handle the same invoicing for free through PayPal and manage my records in an Excel sheet instead.

“Great invoicing plus helpful sync”
Pros
Has a solid invoicing system and the app is genuinely excellent for keeping everything in sync. Notes and timing are simple to manage and the feature for creating estimates that can flip directly into invoices saves a lot of time.
Cons
Invoice and estimate formatting feel pretty weak and it's difficult to rearrange the layout the way you want.
