“excellent results”

Pros

Creating detailed invoices and proposals takes just a few minutes which makes it perfect when you're busy. There's also a client-friendly viewing experience and that's been a big win for our team and our clients. The reporting is strong too, useful for end-of-year accounting and for keeping track of projects one by one. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who needs an invoicing solution that works on the go.

Cons

There was a bit of a hassle getting it to connect with our accounting software and it doesn't support QuickBooks compatibility.

Makes the whole invoicing process effortless because its quite easy to get used to. I can send invoices to clients without wrestling with all the paperwork myself.

After the upgrade to the new version, there was a learning curve and it took a bit of time to get comfortable with the changes.

Nothing negative to report. Support actually listens, after I ran into a functional issue and shared what I needed, the team eventually rolled out the exact feature I wanted a few months later.

Since everything runs in a web/cloud setup, it only works when you're online so you're limited if you need offline access.

Genuinely, this tool IS effective for small business accounting. The ability to take credit card payments for customer invoices is a huge plus. It also feels like it makes sense to invest here only if you'll actually use the features, otherwise it doesn't add much beyond just viewing incoming company names on your website.

Cons

App still needs some work. Price-wise, it's pretty expensive compared to other options if you're not using the full application. I also noticed the latest User Interface change feels like a step back, the previous version was more effective and required fewer clicks.

Pros

This cloud-based app lets us manage daily bills and finances without hassle. Setup was quick and I was able to start using it right away. It also runs really well on my mobile device which makes it convenient for day-to-day tracking.

Cons

There are only a limited number of invoice templates available. It's also not possible to edit multiple entries at the same time and the customization options don't feel fully flexible if you want to design it to your exact preferences.

Pros

Using it lets us get our finances fully in order and complete audits using downloadable reports. The toolbar feels really polished and tracking accounts is simple.

Cons

Limited templates and some restricted features are a little off for me. You also can't edit multiple entries at the same time and exporting reports to Excel can be a hassle.

Best part of this software is how simple it feels, with all the features reachable quickly. Before using it, I used to spend hours and hours handling basic accounting tasks. Switching to it completely changed that for me, I can now get my accounting done in a fraction of the time. It also helps me stay on schedule since I'm able to submit everything well before deadlines and the app itself feels both fast and responsive.

Cons

Don't have any downsides to mention. It covers everything I need and works as expected.

It also seems like a solid fit for small businesses and institutions that need simple, reliable accounting support.

Cons

Access is restricted to a limited number of users some features are only available on certain plans and the pricing can feel pretty steep.

“Amazed with the results”

Pros

The interface and overall design really won me over and I'm hoping the product keeps expanding, there's a lot of potential. Using it has felt genuinely simple and the customization options let me shape it to match how I work. A standout feature is being able to generate an invoice link I can drop into an email, instead of sending the message directly through it where my clients might not even notice it.

Cons

What doesn't fully meet my needs is estimates. Right now it feels too limited when I want customers to choose between options, packages or give structured feedback. Editing an estimate, updating it and then sending it back is also more of a hassle than it should be. I'd like estimate related reporting to cover multiple income streams such as product sales and it would be great to generate receipts through it as well. Lastly, the pricing could be a bit more affordable.

My favorite part was how simple it is to use and the whole platform feels really user-friendly from start to finish.

Cons

Only area I'd want to see improved is the Reporting section.

Such a simple accounting app and it feels simple to use. Compared with other apps in the same category, the interface is easy to navigate and it has that familiar layout that makes you comfortable right away. The time tracking feature for accounting is one of the best parts of the app and it handles my timing needs really well.

Cons

A couple things are missing, there's no way to view transaction history and credit card tracking isn't available. Also, usage is limited to the first 25 clients, once you go beyond that number, the app's payment/usage access is restricted.

Pros

I really enjoy being able to keep my finances organized and in order. Since I run a business, staying on top of expenses matters a lot and it has made it much easier to track everything.

Cons

Everything works well, except when my phone updates. After an update, the app can lag when I try to open it.

Pros

This has been a solid tool for small businesses especially when you're just getting started. The interface is simple and I don't waste much time clicking around. One feature I really appreciate is the ability to connect it to my PayPal account and other credit cards which makes taking payments a lot more convenient. Also, being able to use my own logo on documents helps them look more professional and strengthens my branding.

Cons

The downside is that reporting isn't available in the mobile app which is a bit limiting when I'm away from my computer. I'd also prefer an offline mode so I can keep working without needing an internet connection. Another improvement would be reducing the back-and-forth with client settings, having a default template or settings that apply to all clients would save time and make setup more efficient.

A few years back, a couple buddies and I bought a building in Cleveland did the renovations and opened an ice cream shop. The partners we work with are all over the map... some are only semi-capable, others are moderately functioning adults... so getting everyone to review the numbers usually turns into a whole process. It has been a lifesaver each month when I need to send out the P&L. The built in analytics make it really simple to put together a clean presentation that basically anyone can understand.

Cons

Connecting it to my various bank accounts took some wrestling. A few institutions were painless (big shout to PNC), while others were noticeably more difficult, Dollar Bank, please sort out your setup.

Pros

I genuinely appreciated how much of the math this program handles for you. You can set your own pricing for time and tasks and the built in timer means you don't have to stress about timesheets or figuring out what to charge. The app recalculates everything automatically as you go. Also, you can customize your invoices and it's really helpful for keeping a tidy digital record of every transaction, overall, it makes it much easier to stay on top of getting paid.

Cons

Cost can be a drawback especially since getting all the features you might want can add up and end up feeling pricey.
