Setup was quick and it feels very userfriendly to work with day to day.

Costs can rise each month depending on how many customers you have. It's a solid fit if you're a small business with under 50 customers, at around $30/month.. but the pricing growth could be a downside as the customer list gets bigger.

Security was a big concern for our team and we're genuinely happy that the security features matched what we needed. The way it handles financial tracking and reporting gives us reliable, precise information about our financial position. Capturing and storing receipts is also simple which makes it much easier to keep an eye on expenses.

Everything about it has been so fulfilling that I haven't found any issues or dislikes.

It is solid accounting and billing software for a small business. Building proposals and contracts is simple and you can also track time and turn it into an invoice without a lot of hassle. I also appreciate how customizable the invoice templates are so the documents actually match the look of my business. Pricing feels much better than QuickBooks for what you get.

Cons

The trade off is that it doesn't offer as many features as QuickBooks. If you manage lots of clients or need very detailed accounting reports, it may not be the best fit.

Genuinely made us enjoy using it especially for expense tracking and financial reporting which have stood out as particularly effective. It also does a great job with data and information security so our financial details stay protected and private to only the right people with proper authorization. Also, the interface feels very adaptive and it provides a quick, more efficient way to create and share invoices with clients.

Honestly there's not much to dislike. I personally haven't run into any problems with it that I'd want to complain about.

Super simple to use. I coached my uncle through it so he could manage his shop day to day and it worked out really well. The account management is especially efficient which helps everything stay organized.

Cons

You do have to pay after the 30 day free trial. That said, compared with other similar software options, the price feels pretty reasonable so it's still a purchase worth making.

I really like how fast it is to create an invoice and get everything set up for auto invoicing and automatic payments. The whole workflow feels organized and I don't have to keep chasing clients for billing or payment details.

When clients pay by credit card or ACH, the funds can take close to a week sometimes before they show up in the tool.

Has been simple to learn and keep using. The interface is clean and simple to understand which makes it easy to stay on top of billing. Recurring invoices go out every month right on schedule and I've had no trouble with money transferring to my bank account.

Pretty annoyed that a lot of useful features are locked behind extra paywalls (secondary/tertiary). Given what I pay each year, it feels like most of those options should be included. Plus, charging an extra $20+ per month just to automatically bill a saved credit/debit card seems excessive.
