Reporting is solid and there's also good client management, along with a mobile app so you can handle things while you're out. The multi-currency support is a big win for international work and customer support has been responsive when questions come up. Also, integrations with other tools add a lot of flexibility for different workflows.

Cons

Some parts of it may not fit everyone and the pricing can feel on the expensive side if you're looking for more advanced features. It doesn't cover the deep accounting capabilities that larger organizations may need and inventory management is pretty limited. There's also no offline mode and the customization options can feel fairly basic. If you're running more complex project management, you might end up preferring a specialized tool. Payroll processing isn't included either so you'll need a separate solution for that.

Tax management is pretty simple and I can also use my existing Stripe account without getting hit with extra fees. The biggest win for me is the automated payment reminders which makes collecting payments a lot more reliable.

Got pretty disappointed that the templates aren't as feature-rich as I expected and they also don't display correctly about half the time. Also, the 50-user limit feels too restrictive for the first-tier plan.
