The software works well across all major browsers and platforms which isn't always true with competing tools. It also comes with plenty of features and the basic plan is genuinely solid for everyday, simple tasks. Also, the email support has always been reachable when I needed it.

It's really simple to get the hang of. The end-of-exercise summary and final reports are simple and clear which makes closing the books a lot less stressful.

I'd still mention that there are places where it isn't authorized in certain countries so that could be a dealbreaker depending on where you're based. Also, it's not for everyone in that sense.

App has a pretty adaptive interface... navigation feels simple and I can get to the key features without it becoming overwhelming. Its invoicing is a standout for me, I'm able to create professional-looking invoices, add our branding and share them quickly. It also includes reliable time tracking and expense management so I can log billable hours and reimbursable expenses accurately which helps keep our financial process much more organized.

For someone like me who's self-employed, their app is a lifesaver! Setup and integration felt smooth and day-to-day use is simple. It also supports a variety of payment transfers which has made handling client payments a lot more flexible.

Cons

The pricing is a bit steep. It also charges extra when you add additional users so I end up doing everything myself unless I'm willing to pay about $15 more per month.

One of the biggest positives for me with it is how user friendly the interface feels. It also covers invoicing and payment features in a simple way and there's the added bonus of being able to track my expenses records without much hassle.

There's one part I'm not thrilled about, you have to pay for each person individually which can get pricey. It also doesn't feel like the best fit for larger organisations that need wider team coverage.

“UI is great”

Pros

Really enjoy its adaptive interface. Also, their support has been fantastic, there's no endless digging through help articles just to find an answer. Actual people are available to help which makes using it feel like a genuinely positive experience.

Since I'm a newer business, I'm having to stretch my budget to pay for the right plan tier. Still, having organized books from the start (and keeping them that way) feels important enough to justify it.

It handles a lot of the day-to-day bookkeeping for a small business....sending invoices, managing receipt approvals, tracking expenses, logging billable hours and keeping everything organized in your financial records. It's also built around the move toward cloud-based accounting which feels designed to how smaller teams run their finances. Also, their customer service is genuinely outstanding and responsive.

Cons

Recently, they switched everyone to a mandatory new format. The older version felt noticeably better and the update hasn't landed well for me. The electronic payment feature is also a weak spot, depending on the bank some transactions go through while others won't even process.
