The good invoice functionality in FreshBooks was very useful for my small company. Ease of use simplicity and reliability are appreciated especially in accessing and uploading information.

It's disappointing that customers can't pay through the invoice and the system is down a lot resulting in lost information.

I can send unlimited invoices and easily create them. Live chat support adds to the assistance available. It makes it easier for the accountant to understand the situation.

The feature to customize invoices needs improvement. Pricing is based on the clients you have and it's easy to use with other apps.

FreshBooks is greatly appreciated for its simple invoicing and time tracking. Integration with Teamwork project management allows for recording time against tasks and deadlines and major payment cards can be accepted through FreshBooks' integration with PayPal.

This is a serious oversight on the part of the accounting department. If you're a Quickbooks user you understand the value of doubleentry bookkeeping comprehensive reporting with punchouts and an instant dashboard for profitability. With Freshbooks this is not the situation. At year's end you'll need an accountant to assist you. Due to its disbelief in a cashbased accounting system ours had to be rebuilt.

Due to its ease of use and simplicity the software was straightforward to master. It offers great financial reporting and a crucial accounting component. Considered quite practical as it operates remotely.

FreshBooks as a small business tool is easy to use allowing users to jump right in and perform tasks. It's simple to navigate features and customer support is available for any struggles in specific areas.

Cost is a factor but not a dealbreaker. Feature updates can take a while to take effect and more feature consistency across platforms is preferred between the desktop side and the mobile app. There is limited options for customization of simple features and it needs to benefit enough users as a whole to bother implementing.
