As a digital marketing business owner, I was genuinely surprised at how smoothly it fit into what we were already doing. The interface is simple and the workflow-friendly features helped cut down the time and effort needed day to day. Overall, it feels like a strong, all-in-one option for small businesses that want to simplify their finance process.

Great fit for smaller teams but it doesn't fully cover the needs of larger companies with more complicated accounting requirements. Features like inventory management or fixed-asset tracking aren't included. Reporting is helpful but the depth can feel limited if you want more detailed breakdowns, sales trend analysis, expense insights and cash-flow visibility could be more efficient. Pricing can also be a bit steep depending on what you actually use especially if you only need basic invoicing and some capabilities are locked behind higher-tier plans. Even though the UI is generally user friendly, a few areas can be tricky... like building custom reports or connecting third-party apps may take more effort for less tech-savvy people. Lastly, while there is a mobile app, it doesn't match the desktop experience, time and expense tracking on the go can feel dated and the app could use more advanced project management tools.

The pricing felt reasonable and getting started was pretty simple. Once the setup was done, it was at least clear where to begin.

What I liked least was how much double and triple entry the workflow requires. I also had to keep checking and rechecking the ledgering because the totals didn't add up correctly and the tax calculations still weren't even close to staying accurate.

Running a small business, I really appreciated how it organized my accounting work. The interface feels user friendly and the layout is pretty adaptive so creating invoices, tracking expenses and pulling financial reports doesn't take much effort. I also liked that I can personalize invoices with my logo and brand colors which helps everything look more professional and on-brand.

Limited flexibility in the reporting tools didnt work for me. Even though there are several pre-made reports available, getting the custom reports I wanted was tougher than expected. Also, the pricing can feel a bit steep for small businesses that are just getting started.
