The pricing could use more flexibility particularly for small businesses and freelancers who only deal with a handful of clients. Reporting capabilities don't go very far and can feel restrictive if you want deeper insights. Costs may also add up as the business expands. Also, areas like project management aren't as fully featured or polished as you'd expect from tools made specifically for that purpose.
