Genuinely, its simple to use with a clean, user friendly interface. On desktop, the web app runs right in the browser so there's no download or installation needed. Overall, it feels like a one-stop accounting solution to track and manage my expenses in one place.

Cons

This doesn't seem ideal for bigger companies since the expense/accounting side is missing yearly reports and similar features. Also, the Android app still has a few bugs that should be ironed out.

One of the strongest advantages I observed using it in its user friendly interface. Everything is laid out clearly so it's simple to navigate, creating invoices, tracking expenses and staying on top of day-to-day finances feels pretty easy. Beyond invoicing and expense tracking, the platform also supports project management and financial reporting which together turned into a full organized solution for how we handle our financials. As a result, we're spending less time managing numbers and more time focusing on growing the business.

I'd sometimes forget to follow up too and the invoice would end up getting ignored. With this software, there's a simple online payment option included right when the invoice is sent so clients can pay instantly with a credit card. That's helped around 10-20% more of my clients pay on time. Sure, using credit cards comes with a small 1-3% processing loss but the faster payments have been worth far more than that.

If you rely on a credit union account, linking it can be hit or miss. You may want to move to a bank that's more widely supported.

Turned out to be a really useful tool with a bunch of advantages. It's hard to single out just one "best" feature because a lot of things work together but the charts are the part I enjoyed most, they show the amounts due to my company, along with monthly profit views and several other useful breakdowns.

Cons

Using it for around 16 months hasn't revealed any real defects. The only hiccup was during the early days, it took me a bit of time to learn how to use everything and feel comfortable with it. Looking back, the slowdown was mostly due to my own lack of familiarity with this kind of software and accounting topics.
