This is a serious oversight on the part of the accounting department. If you're a Quickbooks user you understand the value of doubleentry bookkeeping comprehensive reporting with punchouts and an instant dashboard for profitability. With Freshbooks this is not the situation. At year's end you'll need an accountant to assist you. Due to its disbelief in a cashbased accounting system ours had to be rebuilt.

Cost is a factor but not a dealbreaker. Feature updates can take a while to take effect and more feature consistency across platforms is preferred between the desktop side and the mobile app. There is limited options for customization of simple features and it needs to benefit enough users as a whole to bother implementing.

For anything related to online accounting, it has consistently felt like the most dependable option. It covers invoicing and billing, bookkeeping, expense tracking and financial reporting, all in one place. I can create professional invoices, send them to clients to request payments and even set up due-date reminders so clients stay aware of upcoming or overdue amounts. The reporting tools are also a big win, they provide clear, accurate insights into how the business is doing financially which makes it easier to understand the organization's financial health.

There isn't a feature I dislike. Every part of it has been working really well and I'm genuinely satisfied.
