Theres a lack of features rudimentary features cumbersome workflows and tons of bugs. The support is extremely unresponsive with requests going unanswered for weeks. The lack of support severely impacts what could otherwise be a good product. Unfortunately youll likely need support often due to bugs and inadequate documentation. Id advise steering clear of this product.
