Makes it simple for me to track and manage my time and expenses. Creating and sending invoices is also quick, I've had no trouble getting them out and getting paid. Also, the reporting is solid since I can generate custom reports whenever I need them. Another plus is that it supports online payment processing which helps organize customer payments.

Cons

Accounting and invoicing are fully covered, the performance has been strong and there genuinely isn't much to complain about.

That said, there are some missing features I wish were there... email automation is a big one. I'd also love if the developer offered more customization options (like additional designs/templates) so it could be designed even more to my workflow.

Setup felt very user-friendly right from the start and it made a noticeable difference in how we manage our accounting day to day.

So the app crashed briefly which temporarily disrupted access. The downtime was short and thankfully nothing was lost.

Real-time invoice tracking is genuinely helpful and the app stays responsive while you check updates. Navigation through the menu feels simple and the user interface is friendly enough that it's simple to get set up and installed without much hassle.

Cons

When there's a lot of information to display, loading can get a bit slow. There's also no option to customize interest or late fees depending on the client or invoice. Updating service rates on continuous invoices can feel confusing especially when you need to edit multiple rates.

The interface feels clean and simple and it's quick to get around without feeling lost. The dashboard pulls everything together in one view, including helpful charts that summarize the financial side of your business. There are also plenty of options to customize invoices, configure payments and keep tabs on expenses. Also, the time tracking tool makes it simple to record your hours and bill clients accurately based on the time you've worked.

Cons

A downside worth noting is that payment options are pretty limited, you can use credit cards and PayPal but it doesn't support taking payments directly from a bank account. A few people have also mentioned that customer support can take a while to respond when you're trying to get help. Finally some of the more useful features are locked behind the paid plans and those costs can add up depending on what you need.

I've been really happy with it, mainly because invoicing and time tracking are simple. I managed to connect it with Teamwork project management which makes it much easier to handle larger projects that need detailed time logging against specific tasks and milestones. After that, I can export my tracked time straight into it for billing. Also, FreshBooks links with my PayPal setup so I'm able to take major credit cards without much hassle.

Cons

Collaboration with other contractors isn't super reliable which can be annoying when you're working with freelancers or external teams. Also, the per-client pricing has started to feel a bit steep if you have lots of one-off clients. The retainer payment feature also didn't feel adaptive to use so it took extra effort to get it working the way I needed.

I can quickly track and edit my business whether I'm on my PC or in the app. Copying invoices is also simple which saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate the flexible, affordable pricing plans... especially since the cost adjusts based on how many employees I have. Also, their customer support has been excellent every time I've reached out.

There are only a limited number of invoice templates available. Also, invoice details have to be entered manually which takes extra time.

Worked so well for my self-employed setup and my small business. It's been the best accounting software for what I need day to day. The interface feels smooth and simple and it helps me save time because the features are designed to be practical, not cluttered. Another big plus is how easily it connects with the other apps I already use. I also appreciate that there's an Android app so I can manage invoices and keep things moving while I'm out and about.

Cons

Even though it is more affordable than some other options, there's an added charge per user account. That extra fee applies no matter which of the three plans you choose.
