Love how flexible it is. As long as you've got customers and a business template or a basic idea, you can build almost any kind of invoice and set up different payment processes. It doesn't matter whether you're a total accounting pro or you're brand new, it handles the heavy lifting so your customers won't be able to tell the difference. Whether you started your business today or years ago, everything still looks like it's been established from day one. It's also been a consistent option for me through time.

Cons

The first thing, the software itself is solid and I can't think of many missing features. The one thing I don't enjoy is the second-factor authentication. It asks whether you want to remember your device and save your info but even when you click yes, it still forces 2FA every single time. I also turn off the "second layer" secure account option yet it continues requiring the extra authentication anyway. If that's just how their security setup works, that part has been annoying.

This has been a really solid tool for smaller businesses. I can create and send invoices to clients directly and it also lets me attach my credit card as a payment method which makes getting paid a lot more convenient.

There are limits on how many people you can manage. Aside from those caps, the app feels genuinely interesting and pretty well put together.

Invoice creation feels simple and the whole process is pretty satisfying. I also really appreciate having a single place to manage a lot of related activity... time tracking, billing and payment tracking all stay together instead of jumping between different tools. The workflow is generally simple and while there's a short learning curve to get comfortable, once you've adjusted it becomes smooth to operate. Keeping every payment visible in one dashboard is especially convenient.

Cons

It falls short for proper double-entry accounting which became a limitation for me. The time-tracking plugin also caused issues after an update so tracking wasn't behaving as expected. Also, I'd like the reporting to be a bit stronger and more refined.

Feels refreshingly simple and it's genuinely made my day-to-day accounting less stressful. Tracking receipts and expenses is much smoother and invoicing clients is faster, plus I can store invoices in one place instead of juggling files. The automated invoice sending is a big win too, I can stay focused on my work while the invoices go out in the background without me having to babysit them.

Cons

A lot of the features are paywalled and you have to move up to the next plan to unlock more. That wouldn't bother me as much since I mainly rely on invoicing but given the cost, it feels a bit off that they don't include more for the price you're paying.
