Pros

Managing the financial side of our project has been simple and it keeps everything organized as issues come up. The system also lets us create quotes for bids and those quotes can be pulled up quickly even by newer team members without much experience. Overall, it helps cut down on extra project costs and waste.

Cons

Occasionally the application has downtime and during those periods our clients' business can be affected. That situation may also require extra customer support while the system is unavailable.

Pros

I've really enjoyed using it to stay on top of project tasks and to organize everything that needs to get done and sent out. Having it all in one place makes it simple to do a quick check and confirm that nothing is missing.

Cons

Customization on the invoice side is pretty limited which I'd like to see improved. It would be great to be able to add a logo or custom designs so the invoices feel more designed.

Pros

Using this software has been simple, no formal training is needed. Creating invoices and ledgers is quick and simple and the year-end reports required for taxation and financial reporting are generated automatically. Errors are also limited which makes the end-of-year process much less stressful.

Cons

One feature I'm missing is quarterly tax estimate generation since that's needed for accounting in my setup. Customer support also hasn't been up to the mark when I needed help.

Doesn't offer quarterly tax estimates which is something our business depends on. Also, the user limit feels pretty restrictive and that's a noticeable downside.

This system has been a really strong fit for running business operations, it covers pretty much everything a business typically needs to keep things moving. The overall flow feels smooth and the modules are well integrated so the day-to-day experience comes across as easy.

Cons

Main trade-off shows up as pricing, it can get quite expensive once your user count grows. Also, the reporting engine starts to lag a bit when the data sets get large.

Creating and sending invoices feels simple and it also keeps customer information stored in a database which saves time when I'm billing again.

Cons

It comes across as pretty bare-bones. The prompts and hints feel childish and show up on every page even when I've already used that feature. Also, the general ledger is built out poorly and ends up being hard to work with and the invoice/estimate customization options are pretty limited.

Even if you're not an accountant, this cloud provider still delivers real value. It's a solid, practical application and comes with a pretty wide range of features to work with.

I think a simpler, cleaner interface would be a nice improvement.

Honestly there's nothing I dislike about it, everything has worked well for me.

I really liked how simple it was to create proposals and invoices, plus the ability to turn proposals directly into invoices. It also made it simple to accept credit card payments which helped speed things up a lot.

This is something I genuinely like but it hasn't handled the accounting side of our big business very well. We work with a professional accountant and she keeps pointing out issues with the numbers coming from it. That's pretty frustrating since I already spend a lot of time managing our finances and I'm looking for an app that fits smoothly with the way we handle things now.
