When I transitioned I loved that I could easily upload frequently invoiced clients. Setting up bank links and downloading transactions was a simple process. Creating invoices is a breeze and the software allows for customized rules for accounts.

Cons

The software lacks support for accounting when it comes to employees and benefits. Trying to separate the cost of employee contributions to health insurance retirement etc. from what I contribute has been a nightmare. My bookkeeper and I spent a significant amount of time with FreshBooks support trying to figure out how to do it. It turns out it requires a time-consuming and nonsensical journal entry.

FreshBooks has been incredibly helpful both for my business and home services.

However the free trial was insufficient for beginners.

Since using this software I've noticed a significant impact. Tracking invoice records expenses payments and other accounting tasks has become easy and efficient.

There are limits on how many customers and users you can have. Also, the base package doesn't include accountant access or bank reconciliation features.

Even though it's still fairly new in the UK market, it's already holding its own as a solid option in the bookkeeping software space. It's particularly strong when you use it alongside Barclays Bank and Barclays customers can use it for free which makes it even more appealing.

What i appreciate the most is the simplicity. Creating and sending an invoice to a client takes almost no effort. Also, it can connect with a variety of other services you may already be using which helps organize the whole workflow even further.

One of the standout parts is the mobile app, plus the UI looks really attractive and modern. They also create nice-looking invoice requests for clients.
