The accounting features have been a huge help for me at work. I use the app daily and it genuinely supports what I need to do day to day.

Cons

No real complaints so far. I haven't run into any noticeable issues since I started using it.

We enjoy the automated setup for invoices and receipts, plus how user-friendly everything feels. It also gives me multiple options for sending receipts directly to my clients which makes the whole process a lot smoother for a small business.

Categories are really well organized in the latest version and signing up on the site is simple. Overall, the software feels quite complete and it also seems to keep adapting to what feedback, considering it's been around for nearly 20 years. The initial tutorial is especially good, it's a solid starting point for beginners and helped me get going quickly.

Cons

App is only available in English so you end up relying on automatic translation which isn't always accurate. Also, there's no BRL (Brazilian real) option as a currency for entering the estimated annual profit which is pretty limiting if you're working with Brazilian currency.

Really enjoy how simple it is to create professional invoices, keep track of them and handle the backend accounting tasks. The integration with Gusto is also a big plus and makes the whole workflow feel connected.

Cons

Nothing negative comes to mind, UI looks great and the features for the price feel spot on.

The app has a really user-friendly setup and a solid set of features especially clean reporting, time tracking and automatic invoicing. The automatic invoicing feature, in particular, cuts down a lot of my admin work since I'm not spending extra time preparing invoices to send to clients.

Cons

Came across occasional bugs and server-related hiccups. Page load times can be slow and when I'm generating invoices I sometimes run into delays.

Invoice management is the standout feature for me. The workflow is clear to handle and it's made a real difference in how I run my business. It supports my finances and makes accounting much more manageable which has had a positive impact overall. I'd happily recommend this to anyone looking for reliable invoicing.

There's a cap on how many users and clients you can manage. Hitting that limitation slowed down parts of my business processes and also affected how I record information.

There are limitations on the number of users and clients. Additionally there are problems with obtaining tax estimates for quarterly payments and an autosave feature for every minor edit or new entry would be helpful.
