Running a small business, I've found this app handles the accounting work really well. It's simple, genuinely user friendly and the customer support has been excellent whenever I've needed help. Also, the invoicing features are solid and there's a tracking element included across all the plans which makes it easier to stay organized.

As a small business owner, I'm already pretty satisfied with it overall though I'd love to see more automation during the setup of sales tax jurisdictions.

The platform feels really adaptable and it works well no matter what kind of setup we need. Our team has been using it for a couple of years now and since I already knew it from my freelance work, it was easy to pick up. Overall, it comes across as solid, simple and reliable. Right now we're on the Plus subscription and it seems pretty complete while still being affordable.

I'd like the app to go a step further in terms of usefulness... especially so I can get a complete view of my invoices even when I'm away from my desk.

Pricing could be more affordable for small organizations. I also run into limitations when I try to get a quarterly report, it doesn't seem to support that reliably. Also, the bank reconciliation statement feature feels a bit off when it comes to value especially considering the cost.

One missing feature so far, there doesn't appear to be an option to scan and attach an invoice that was created outside of the app.
