“practical accounting tools”

Pros

This app is pretty practical and gets things done efficiently. The resource library also feels stronger than what I've seen in a few other accounting apps I tried so it's easier to work with when you need support for day-to-day tasks.

Cons

Only real downside is that it requires an internet connection to use it which can be annoying if you're offline or have spotty service.

Switching over to this tool has been a real breath of fresh air. It covers all the usual accounting and bookkeeping features and the extra tools that organize day-to-day work make it a total no-brainer.

Reporting is genuinely strong and the overall interface feels pretty pleasant compared to the software we've been using. It's a nice improvement on the day-to-day experience especially when digging into information.

Fits small-scale businesses well but once transaction volume goes up, it doesn't really boost efficiency anymore.

Getting used to entering all my data took a bit of time at first but it ended up feeling simple once I settled into the routine.

Compared to the other accounting tools I've tried, it has the best-looking invoices and the most customization options. Getting everything set up felt simple and it lets me schedule automatic payments as well as recurring invoices. It also connects easily with QuickBooks and Stripe which saves a ton of time.

Cons

The bookkeeping side isn't as fully developed as some of the competitors but for a sole proprietor or a small business it still works really well.

Pros

For a business like mine, it brings a fresh approach to accounting and invoicing much like QuickBooks. It's very simple to set up and start using and the customer service has been consistently excellent. Overall, it's a solid tool for handling the finance side of the business.

Cons

One thing missing at the start is a set of tutorials which QuickBooks seems to provide. That would help if you're new in avoiding a few bumps right out of the gate though it hasn't been a dealbreaker since I could figure things out through trial and error.

Billing Invoice Ledgering is the most important part for me and it handles that really well.

Cons

Sometimes it feels a bit slow. I'm not sure whether it's related to memory or something else behind the scenes.

Genuinely, im in love with this app... the functions it includes are really useful for all kinds of companies. The payment setup also stands out to me and I can't say enough about it, you can pay only for the functions you actually choose, rather than getting locked into a full package you don't need.

Cons

Honestly the app feels like it has everything covered so I don't see much to complain about. The only downside I noticed is that there's a commission fee but it ends up not being a deal-breaker since you can still get all-in-one capabilities for your company.

It's easy to use and genuinely user friendly, even for people who aren't tech professionals. I didn't have to struggle through setup or figuring out how to navigate everything.

The interface feels simple and easy to understand which makes it very user friendly. It also includes a solid set of templates you can use for different accounting needs. Overall, it's been genuinely helpful for organizing my accounts and keeping records in order.

I only got introduced to this software pretty late. Also, the newer format doesn't feel as good as the Classic version that came earlier.

“Very reliable”

Pros

Pretty simple to use and the setup is quick, installing and rolling it out didn't take much effort. Customer support has been solid and responsive whenever I needed help. The platform feels safe and dependable and it covers the basics I actually use day to day, tracking time on projects, keeping tabs on income and expenses and generating invoices without hassle. It also works well whether you're running a smaller team or managing a bigger business.

Cons

No major problems have shown up so far, everything has been working well and I haven't found anything worth complaining about.

App feels simple to use and the interface is clean and adaptive. Customer support has been excellent whenever I've needed help.

There's also a Chrome extension for time tracking alongside the in-app tracking. It was recently updated and now it doesn't behave as expected, typing the project name no longer triggers the auto-search so you end up scrolling through every option (which is rough when you have a lot). I'm assuming they'll sort it out. A few times I've also had trouble syncing expenses and I'd love more features that would speed up things like categorizing.

This app feels simple and keeps everything focused. I was able to create professional-looking invoices, send them out and then monitor payment status. It also gave my clients visibility that their invoices were marked closed on my side which made communication a lot smoother.

A few screens can be a little confusing and occasionally it takes a bit of extra clicking to find the exact option you're after.

Saw a pretty substantial price increase a few years back which still feels noticeable. I also think the earlier version was better though this current one remains an excellent choice overall.

I really appreciate that they went the extra mile across a few areas for their clients. Creating their own payment facilities shows real accountability and that matters. The platform is also simple to use and it's convenient that you can handle everything in one place... especially when you're tracking expenses and managing deposits.

Cons

No real complaints from me. It's a bit pricey but it offers a lot so it feels fair. Since you can cover payments plus accounting, point of sale and even project management in one system, the higher price makes sense compared to buying multiple tools separately.

Their customer service is really strong whenever I run into problems. Support is easy to reach and they get back quickly which makes troubleshooting a lot less stressful.

Access is limited because there aren't many people using the platform right now.

App keeps cutting the connection to my bank in a constant and annoying way. I also wish it had a desktop version so I could use it there instead.

Remy here, this is the only invoicing tool that really came through for us. It has one of the strongest pricing plans around, plus solid invoice management features that genuinely help cut down on time, money and overall stress. The interface is simple and the real-time reporting gives more autonomy over day-to-day business and better control of productivity. One small thing, for some reason, pricing plans aren't shown on our website anymore. That said, it is especially powerful with automatic follow-ups for unpaid invoices which has saved us a lot of time. It also handles accounting tasks so you don't have to juggle everything manually, definitely worth recommending.

Cons

No real bugs or problems showed up for us. If anything, I guess they could consider lowering the price even further (just joking, haha).
