Compared with larger competitors, it is surprisingly inexpensive and it holds up just as well, if not better, in the same space. Setup and day-to-day use are simple and once you get the hang of it you can get really comfortable with it and fit it into your regular business routine and workflow.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing to complain about. Use it, take the time to learn it and you'll probably end up enjoying it.

I really like how good it looks and how polished the interface feels. Logging in doesn't leave me mentally drained, even after a long workday. Once I'm on the dashboard, the most important info is right there when I check in. It also works well for running my design business, I've been able to handle time tracking, create estimates and invoices, manage ongoing projects, set up retainer agreements and generally keep everything organized in one place.

Cons

Automatic payments can get confusing pretty quickly. The smartphone app also needs a lot of work to be more reliable and user friendly. Customer support still needs improvement as well. Lastly some features that are locked behind the pricier plans should probably be available to everyone.
