“Is usefull until is not anymore (big businesses)”
Pros
My main concern with Freshbooks is its inaccurate balance reconciliation, which requires contacting support, a critical feature that should work flawlessly.
Cons
A notable downside of FreshBooks is its inaccurate balance reconciliation, requiring support contact, which should be a core feature.

“FreshBooks is the best invoicing software for freelancers”
Pros
While FreshBooks is excellent overall, the Lite plan's limitation to 5 billable clients before jumping to the Plus plan for 50 clients is a drawback. An intermediate tier would be beneficial for users with a mix of regular and one-time clients.
Cons
I'm dissatisfied with the fact that the Lite plan caters to only up to 5 billable clients, while the Plus plan serves up to 50 clients. Introducing an intermediate tier would be helpful.

“FreshBooks is the best accounting tools for small business”
Pros
Invoicing based on time entries can be challenging, and the time tracker may have occasional glitches. However, recent overcharging issues for account clients seem to have been resolved.
Cons
Invoicing based on time entries can be challenging, and the time tracker may have glitches. Though occasional overcharging for the number of clients has occurred, it appears to have been rectified.

“bank connection failures”
Pros
Initially, it covered the basics I needed and most features ran smoothly with no obvious hiccups. I had nothing to complain about at the start but that changed over time.
Cons
The accounting core..especially the bank connection... doesn't function properly. It keeps disconnecting and expenses won't import as they should. After months of working with customer service (about five), there's been no real resolution. Since my issue is harder to fix, the support reps seemed to do the minimum and pass blame to their internal technical partners. Follow-ups were required on my end, they weren't proactive and even now they can't provide a clear ETA for a fix. It feels like my problem isn't a priority for them and I'm stuck waiting with my business affected. Overall, I wouldn't call it a good company to deal with when you have actual accounting issues because you likely won't get the help you need and operations will suffer.

“friendly ux”
Pros
I really enjoy the clean, friendly UX in it. It feels like a mature, reliable tool that helps me get paid quickly with minimal friction. The invoicing flow is super simple and I can also track expenses without a hassle. Those basics are exactly what I need to run my business day to day.
Cons
One thing I'd improve is how client details are entered. Right now it feels like I'm redoing work, adding the client info to contacts, then again importing it to my CRM and finally hand-entering it back into it feels redundant. I'd also love a dedicated Mac app so the desktop and mobile experience feels more complete. Managing things daily currently means hopping into a web page and that's a bit annoying.

“strong accounting management”
Pros
This has been one of the best accounting management tools I've used. It keeps everything organized for finance expenses and tax-related business needs and the customer support team is genuinely strong... someone is there to help whenever a business needs guidance. Everything feels well-supported for managing day-to-day accounting tasks.
Cons
There aren't many downsides to mention. The only small hiccup I noticed is that time tracking can take a bit longer than expected when adding details while entering invoices.

“Good overall experience”
Pros
The mobile app feels like having your own accountant on hand right away. Being able to view Age analysis for Debtors, plus resend invoicing directly from your phone or manage debit/credits, makes it possible to sort issues out immediately.
Cons
When you go in and out of accounts, the history view starts from the beginning again. If this can be improved (or if it already exists, it isn't obvious), that would make the experience even more easy. Overall it's a solid, reliable product.

“limited enterprise features”
Pros
We tried it for a small software company and it covered what we needed for basic accounting and invoicing without any hassle.
Cons
Enterprise-level capabilities are missing, like compliant accounting and built in human resources or other broader business management functions. It's geared more toward independent professionals than growing teams that need full enterprise support.
