Easiest and most important part for me was how simple the functionality is. As an estimator, I need to be able to access this data and I'm not very confident with accounting details. What really helps is being able to cross-reference the current hours against the total hours estimated so I can adjust the workers accordingly without guessing.

Everything has worked well for me overall. Since I'm using it more from the estimator side, it may not include every feature an accountant might want but for what I need it's a really solid fit.

It does exactly what I need. I can send polished proposals and look professional without having to mess around in Word or Excel. Once the proposal is ready, I just click to turn it into an invoice which is the whole workflow I was hoping for.
