It doesn't take much to get started. The dashboard feels friendly so using the tool comes naturally. You can handle a lot of tasks, from accounting to billing clients, without much hassle. When questions come up, their customer support is reachable through chat, email and even phone calls.

Cons

The new interface runs slowly. Since they're pushing everyone to switch over, it's been impacting how my customers access the system and make payments.

Has started forcing the new interface on everyone and it's been noticeably buggy and slow. We've hit frequent downtime during critical periods like month-end which means customers sometimes can't access or pay invoices. The financial fallout for our business has been significant because of this reliability problem.
