“reminders really help”

Pros

My favorite part of this tool is how simple it is to create and send invoices to my clients. Getting around the app feels user friendly so I'm not constantly hunting for what I need. It also sends payment reminders which really helps keep things on track. I particularly appreciate the time tracking features, too. There's also a lot of branding flexibility, I can customize my company's logo. Also, I can add as many columns as necessary to include all the details I want in my invoices.

Cons

Should take another look at its pricing. A lot of the features I actually need end up being tied to the higher monthly tier and that makes it harder to get more clients actively using it.

Haven't run into any downsides so far. Using it has felt stress free and the interface is very user friendly even for people who aren't very tech savvy.

It saves my team hours every month. Client management, subscription tracking, keeping tabs on hours and sending invoices are all handled in one place which cuts down a ton of manual work. Taxes season also feels way less painful especially with the mileage tracking.. since they added it, it's already saved me thousands each year.

Cons

Only real snag I've run into is the Expenses feature. It can connect to your bank account to pull charges automatically but the connection never seems to stick and it turns into a recurring hassle. That said, their support has been solid about helping when it happens.

The pricing combined with the full bundle of extended features makes this a really solid starter option for small to mid-sized businesses and sole traders especially if you're just getting into cloud-based accounting. It also includes strong mobile apps for both Android and iPhone which makes it convenient to handle accounting tasks while you're out and about.

Cons

There's hardly any flexibility when it comes to customizing invoices or even the dashboard layout so it feels pretty basic compared to tools like Sage. Also, the customer service feels outdated and not very responsive which can be discouraging.

Love that it's packed with lots of features and I don't even use all of them. The time counter is the part I rely on most and I use it to save work details and generate an invoice for my client. It also sends the invoice directly to my client which is a huge plus.

Cons

User interface feels a bit cluttered and I'm not fully happy with that. Also, their support responses come quite late which is frustrating.

We're completely down. It's been over a week and support hasn't actually helped, no one seems to be resolving anything. To make matters worse, they moved our data from the classic setup to the new version without warning and we're now missing a huge amount of information. We've been using it for 12 years and this has honestly been the worst day in our firm's history. Right now, we have ten agents who can't bill or even generate quotes and the entire business grinds to a halt because we're being pushed onto a "new platform" that feels completely unreliable.
