It also seems to include more features than QuickBooks, at least the areas I use are equally capable but the workflow is more adaptive and less confusing. Overall, the same kinds of functions feel easier to navigate while still getting the job done.

Not a lot to complain about. If anything, it could improve how it captures expense receipts and use more AI-driven logic to automatically sort them into the right expense categories. It'd also be nice to have a few more financial report options but it's not a dealbreaker for me.

Overall quality really shows, its so easy to use! There are plenty of solid features, plus customization options that let you set things up the way you want. Project and time tracking have been especially useful and the mobile app is a big win since we're often on the go. Being able to start working from wherever we are is convenient and nothing has ever gotten lost on my end. It also seems to understand how we work, offering helpful suggestions along the way which I genuinely appreciate.

What I don't lean on much is inventory. We only need the inventory feature for a small part of our sales so I haven't used it extensively but it doesn't feel as strong as inventory tracking in other tools I've tried... especially for tracking inventory.
