Reporting and Analytics are basic and users needing extensive reporting and indepth analytics capabilities may find its options limited. FreshBooks does not offer builtin inventory management so businesses relying heavily on inventory tracking may need thirdparty tools or consider software with inventory management as a core feature.

While FreshBooks offers integrations with popular apps like PayPal and Stripe it may not have as many integrations as some competitors. In terms of how FreshBooks is better than its competitors the platform's userfriendly interface is a standout feature making accounting accessible for small business owners with limited experience. FreshBooks also offers a variety of invoicing options and a builtin time tracking feature making it easier for businesses.

Simple to use for very small enterprises and freelancers. All plans include time tracking fantastic invoicing options and a topnotch mobile app.

The highesttier Select plan only includes two users and lowertier plans limit the number of billable clients. The Lite plan the least priced lacks bank reconciliation capabilities accountant access and doubleentry accounting reports. Accountants regardless of the plan cannot access the whole audit trail.

One area where Freshbooks needs improvement is in how it relates to bank accounts and monitors expenses. It will sometimes duplicate outgoing transactions and when we transfer money from one account to another it will treat it as an expense and not just as a money movement incurring an accounting cost each year.

FreshBooks is an accounting software for managing the finance for your business but its pricing is somehow not reasonable. I guess it heavily charges starting from 15 and you also have to pay extra for additional features. I would like to point out its customer care which is not satisfactory. They engage in long conversations and still you reach the solution you are looking for.
