Getting practical help for the account basically depends on a live account manager and that person comes across more like a sales rep than a support resource. My assigned rep hasn't gotten back to me in two weeks, even though they previously encouraged me to lower my subscription when the discounted trial ended. The bigger issue is that there's no way to adjust things on my own and I also can't get assistance from another customer support employee. As a result, I ended up being charged about double what I should have paid due to the communication breakdown.

UI feels really user-friendly and the built-in tooltips and explainers helped me get started without a ton of digging. Once I set things up, the invoice automation is basically fire-and-forget and it keeps payments on track each month.

Cons

Charges a pretty hefty transaction fee for processing invoice payments and the cost only improves when you move to higher-tier plans. A few of the more advanced features also require a Sales call to discuss pricing before you can access them.

Really enjoying how simple it feels to manage tracking and create invoices and it fits my business needs really well. Honestly I don't see anything I'd want to change, this has been a great setup for me and I'd happily keep using it.

Automated invoicing feature has really simplified my whole invoicing workflow. It cuts down the time I spend on invoices and also helps make sure customers get their invoices on schedule. Also, tracking payments and pulling together financial reports feels a lot more simple thanks to its solid reporting tools.

Sticking point for me is that there's limited invoice template customization.

Onboarding and initial client setup felt solid and bank imports did work with Bank of the West at the beginning.

Cons

They claimed that bank imports would work but that wasn't true in practice. After BMO acquired Bank of the West (BMO is a major international bank), the bank imports stopped working for everything except the primary checking account. Without bank imports, Accounts can't be reconciled which makes the feature essentially unusable for my setup. I expected this to be handled since it is supposed to support bank import reconciliation. As a small business connected to a large bank, I relied on a reputable product but the mismatch between the promise and the reality was pretty frustrating.
