Pros

This business management tool works well for freelancers, business owners, employees and contractors. It lets you create and manage invoices, track your daily expenses with a clear chart and monitor project time. There's also a way to log payments, both what's received and what's remaining... so you always have visibility into your cash flow. Also, it generates reports for income, expenditures and overheads on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. Overall, it genuinely makes running a business simpler than it used to be.

Cons

Since it's a paid platform, once the trial ends it prompts you to provide a payment method. Bigger businesses can usually handle the cost but smaller businesses may find it hard to afford for day-to-day operations.

So simple to use. I'm not a fan of accounting and I especially appreciate that you don't have to set up a chart of accounts. It handles expense and time tracking, then lets you generate invoices from that data... so everything flows together and just works.

Cons

It would be helpful to have stronger options for locating older time entries since right now searching isn't as convenient as it could be. The good news is the product is actively improving so this kind of thing may get addressed later.

Setup and day-to-day use have been simple. We're already on our second version of the software and moving to the latest release was a little tricky at first but once we spent some time testing it and contacted customer support a number of times, everything clicked and was resolved fast. Monthly recurring invoicing plus credit card billing are handled smoothly here and it really feels like "set it and forget it" while still letting you make updates whenever something changes.

Cons

Nothing stands out as a real problem. It's doing exactly what we need, quickly and efficiently.

Setting up recurring invoices is pretty flexible, there's a lot of control over how often they go out (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) and you can also customize what's included in each invoice. Getting recurring invoices created takes only a few minutes which is a big time saver.

Cons

Because I mainly use it for recurring invoices, I've run into situations where it's a bit too simple to overwrite existing data like contacts. Also, the view filters could use an upgrade, right now it really needs stronger filtering to quickly separate active from inactive recurring invoices.

Love that I can send invoices straight to the client without having to save anything on my laptop first. Tracking what's due and when is also a strong point and the visuals look sharp. The interface is simple to navigate and since I work in accounts (but I'm not an accountant), it fits my workflow well. I've been using it for about two years and I've never needed to reach out to customer service.

I ended up learning most things on my own and the mobile app could be updated to include more details similar to what's available on the website.
