First off, there's no beating the 30-day free trial. Also, it lets you make partial payments which feels more flexible than what a lot of other sites offer.

Cons

If you don't end up using all of its' features the way it's meant to be used, the pricing can feel pretty steep. Without fully taking advantage of everything, you're basically stuck with only a handful of features, most of which really only make sense if you're working with a low number of clients.

Has a really solid day-to-day usability, It's simple to pick up and quick to learn. Customizing it to fit my business setup has also been simple. Also, the pricing feels very affordable.

Cons

I do miss the ability to generate current statements (for example, year-to-date payment status) that I can share with clients. The earlier version included this feature.

Love that it lets me attach or remove apps, log my time and generate quotes and balance sheets while I'm reconciling expenses, all from one convenient place. The workflow feels simple and centralized which saves me time.

Cons

Downside is that not every feature is available to use so the overall functionality doesn't feel as efficient as it could. Still, it's pretty worth it since the free trial gives you access to a lot of tasks. I'd rather have higher quality output than something fast but lower quality.

Hands down, it is the best... really clear to read and it helps a small business run more smoothly no matter the size. I've been using it for years and it makes sending invoices a lot better, with useful graphics and plenty of features that keep everything organized.

It does take a bit more time to fully get the hang of everything since there are a lot of features and you can set up hourly assignments within the tools. Still, it feels like you get your money's worth.

Beyond that, I can generate invoices, handle accounting and do financial reporting all in one place... something that previously meant juggling multiple tools. When it is used alongside other applications, it becomes a powerful setup. Overall, if you want to create an invoice and send it almost instantly, while also tracking its status and progress, it is definitely worth recommending.

One downside, there's no option to merge contacts so duplicate entries can pop up when it connects to another platform like HubSpot. The trial period is also quite short and the number of customers you can add is somewhat limited.

If you're wondering about recommendations, it feels reasonably priced, comes with multiple plan options and lets you choose based on your budget. I also really value the customer support since it resolves mistakes in a very short time.
