Pretty easy to get the hang of and simple to use. The system keeps detailed records for every client and transaction and it supports double-entry accounting. There are built in time tracking tools as well which saves a lot of manual work. The "proposal" transaction type is a standout, being able to turn proposals into digital invoices is really convenient.

Cons

Cost is a bit steep and I would've liked to see some basic tax estimates included. The mobile interface is also limited compared to the desktop version and it only provides two invoice options.

This software has found a nice spot in my everyday workflow. It's been really useful for handling my day-to-day expenses and getting an itemized view of the entire process. Working with my colleagues feels more simple too because I can clearly discuss the key issues with them and that level of detail comes from it.. especially the point-by-point reporting. Juggling multiple tasks at the same time is also pretty simple with it.

Cons

Mobile app looks good but it doesn't perform as well for certain features. If you have a large number of clients or you want access to more of the different options, the price can climb quickly. Also, the invoicing/billing side feels less polished compared to the features focused on payments and time tracking.

This is hands down the best accounting software I've used. It lets you create more than one company profile which is super handy when you're managing multiple setups. Reports are simple to generate and the interface feels genuinely user-friendly and simple to navigate. It's also been really helpful for beginners who are still getting comfortable with accounting.

Cons

Haven't run into any major issues so far. That said, I'd love to see a sticky notes feature added for reminders and internal tracking. Also, the pricing feels a little on the high side.

Best part for me is how quick everything runs. Pages load fast and the home page layout looks really solid and polished. Overall, the performance feels smooth and responsive and I'm genuinely happy with the software I'm using here. The "fresh book" feature also seems useful and worth the time.

Cons

Only thing I care about less is the pricing plan, even though it's still described as affordable. Aside from that, the tools for managing my business, employees and other day-to-day tasks have been really helpful, there are even some support features I didn't expect that turned out to matter a lot.

As a business owner, I was hunting for software that's simple to use, dependable and budget-friendly. I stumbled on it, signed up for the free trial and the setup looked really well organized. Everything was simple to browse and navigate and it felt like it was built with small businesses in mind. I ended up switching to another option only temporarily but that seems like it may have been a one-off problem, I'd definitely be willing to try it again.

Cons

I didn't stick with it after the trial because it got hung up connecting with my bank for some reason so I switched to another software that better matched what I needed at the time.

Electronic payments are the frustrating part, this feature only works with certain banks and other banks block it. That means occasionally a client can't pay via the invoice which has been pushing me to consider switching to a different software provider, even though the invoices look great and the payment tracking itself is well designed.

Sorting out one-off transactions isn't very convenient though recurring transactions work much better. all good otherwise
