“best tool”

Pros

We really liked the pricing structure and how simple it was to use compared to other options. The biggest win was being able to send invoices online, without having to chase payments in person.

Cons

There wasn't much to complain about, most of what this software offers worked really well and I genuinely can't think of a meaningful downside.

“User-friendly with strong invoicing”

Pros

Quite easy to use and the mobile app is a big plus. I also like that it lets you set up a ticketing system for customers and it supports subscriptions that can stay in the system for long hours. Being able to generate professional-looking quotes and invoices on the fly has been super helpful especially when I'm working in the field. Also, the integration with credit cards and bank accounts makes it much simpler to track expenses and attach them to specific jobs.

Cons

It's not flawless... some accounting functions might still require supplemental software. That said, the need for extra tools has been shrinking as they keep adding new features.

Pros

So this app is the way to go when you're working with estimates and invoices. It's made my bookkeeping a lot more organized by keeping all customers in one place, plus making it simple to create estimates and send invoices. The app itself feels great and the recent updates make it really simple to put together and send a quick estimate or invoice to a client. The reporting is also genuinely helpful.

Cons

Pricing increased with the latest update since I now have more than 20 customers that I need to store in the system. Still, it's a pretty solid deal overall especially compared to the extra headaches I dealt with before using it.

Has been simple to use from day one... reliable and priced in a way that feels affordable. Previously, when I handled invoicing from a spreadsheet, I kept having to monitor recurring invoices and I'd end up sending them late pretty often. After switching to FreshBooks, I've stopped missing those deadlines. Tracking time is simple, it's also easy to organize projects, send estimates and collaborate with others. Also, the reporting and summaries are actually useful.

Cons

Would like to see more payment gateway options and additional third-party integrations especially for tracking time and expenses.

Pros

I've worked with it a number of times and it's consistently delivered a smooth invoicing and accounting workflow that keeps me satisfied. It's a solid fit for small and mid-sized businesses that don't want to put a big budget into managing accounts and invoices. The interface is simple and the tool doesn't assume you already know accounting inside out, It walks you through invoice creation with step-by-step guidance. Their invoice templates follow globally accepted formatting so the output looks professional right away. Also, it handles automation like client follow-ups, time tracking and organizing expenses. It also connects with popular third-party tools such as Shopify, Stripe, PayPal and Gsuite which adds extra functionality without much extra setup.

Cons

Cost can be a bit of a concern though the newer discounts they've introduced have helped. The one area I struggled with is bulk invoice creation, each invoice still needs to be created manually. I'm hoping they can improve that process in a future update so it's faster for people managing lots of invoices.

Comes across as a solid new book with useful accounting tools which helps growing enterprises keep their finances tightly aligned with their customers. The 1-month free trial is a nice touch and makes it simple to get going. The invoicing looks professional while still being simple to understand and review. It also keeps everything organized by summarizing transactions by client, categorizing and tracking expenses under specific heads. Also, it supports credit card payments through a secure gateway and processes payments quickly.

Cons

Inventory management isn't available which can feel limiting if you handle physical stock. It would also be helpful if the app included forecasting or estimating project expenses based on previous records so we have a clearer idea of upcoming financial needs.

Pros

Impressed by how user-friendly it is. And it lets me make invoices in whatever level of detail I need, either super detailed or kept simple and a bit vague.

Cons

Nothing comes pre-formatted so I end up setting things up again each time. It also won't let me save an invoice template for the same recipients which gets annoying after a while.

This tool helps me save tons of effort, tasks that used to take around 2 hours now only take about 15 minutes.

Customer support has been excellent and the interface feels genuinely easy to work with day to day. Also, the software offers a lot of complete customization options so it can match how our team runs. It also connects with our existing CRM really well which made rollout smooth.

Everything's been good so far, no real complaints. It's honestly a terrific piece of software.

Pretty much everything. This app is one of the simplest tools I use in my workflow. Creating an invoice takes only seconds and I also really appreciate the feature that lets you know when a client has viewed the invoice you sent.

Cons

Hard to find anything to complain about but I'd say I wish the iPad version had a few more features.

I haven't really needed to explore every feature in it yet but the app has felt pretty simple to move around in so far.

Still unclear about what the difference is between FreshBooks and FreshBooks Classic though a quick Google search would probably clear that up.

With this tool, we can genuinely boost client and company engagement around invoices using the intelligent sales system it includes. It also connects with other banking platforms which makes day-to-day operations feel more dynamic. Also, we can customize invoices and keep improving the workflow as we go.

Cons

Working with large volumes is a bit hard, handling and improving reporting when the numbers get big has been a real challenge. It also doesn't seem fully optimized for issuing high volumes and it sometimes crashes.

This app is super easy to use and the user interface looks really nice. Functionality is a solid 10/10 and the free option is a big win if you're not able to pay for an account right now.

Cons

QuickBooks interface feels a bit more upscale though it is still a good choice and includes all the features you actually need.

Really, this app makes it simple for anyone to get started, even if you're new to it. Also, the customer support feels genuinely helpful. It also seems geared toward making mobile access convenient which adds to the overall usability. The user-friendly interface design keeps things clear and low-effort day to day and the templates are well thought out so you don't end up feeling worn out or stuck. There are also plenty of integrations available here which makes it easier to connect with other tools.

Cons

Monthly price is a bit steep. It's also only available for a limited number of people to use at once and the feature set feels somewhat restricted compared to what you might expect at this cost.

“easy to setup”

Pros

Training new employees was really challenging for me at first (before I landed my engineer job). Once I got started with it, everything clicked, It's an awesome accounting tool that makes the day-to-day work feel a lot more manageable. Bills and other related items show up clearly and there's no need to manually keep track of billing history because it handles that automatically. It also supports online payment workflows like PayPal and other services such as Pioneer so invoicing and payments fit into how we already work.

Cons

It hasn't let me down at all so there's nothing negative to point out. I just need to fill out the field for this section.

“efficient invoicing in multiple currencies”

Pros

This software has made our bookkeeping noticeably more efficient. One feature that's been especially useful is the ability to bill in different currencies when we're working with customers across multiple countries. It also helps us stay on top of costs since tracking expenses is built into the workflow and doesn't feel like an extra step.

Cons

The biggest limitation is that it doesn't let me sign documents directly in the cloud. Another drawback is the lack of a multi-user mode so collaboration is more limited than we'd like.

I really love it and only have positive things to say about this product. It's smooth to use and everything is kept in one place for entering your accounting information. Also, handling invoices is well organized and the way it stores information makes it easy to find and manage later.

Cons

Customer support has been excellent, any issue that comes up gets resolved quickly. They're truly there to help.

Best part of this software is the functionality. I'm not exactly a tech expert but the app is clear and simple to understand and use.

There are a few minor bugs right now so I'm assuming they'll get ironed out in future updates.
