Love how quick to learn and packed with useful features it is for a small business that needs to manage invoices. One standout option is the automated email to clients when an invoice isn't paid which has been a real help for our Accounts Receivable follow-ups. I've also used the reporting area to see sales broken down by customer which makes it easier to track where revenue is coming from.

Cons

Mostly it focuses on a couple core tasks and performs them really well but it won't fully replace a more comprehensive accounting tool like QuickBooks. Still, if your main needs are Accounts Receivable and invoicing, it does its job.

"Day" view feels a bit odd. I also think the calendar needs improvement so the hours worked show up in different colors, right now it's not as quick to scan and find what you need.

There are lots of templates for forms and it also supports integrating other services which helps organize workflows. My favorite part is the mobile app, using it on my phone is much more convenient than logging in on a computer.

Cons

Even though it's a good tool, the monthly subscription is a bit pricey. There's also a cap on how many people you can grant access to and some features are locked behind higher pricing tiers so the more you pay, the more functionality you unlock.

When the team rolled out an update with a new release and refreshed interface/design, moving older invoices over to the new version was pretty painful and we hit a few snags. That migration hassle was a one-off situation though.
