From my perspective, this is an outstanding product. It's helped me a lot with organizing all my invoices and the service quality has been consistently strong. Feels like one of the most complete online accounting packages out there, with plenty of useful features. The interface is simple enough for anyone to pick up quickly and I also appreciate how fast I can access everything on my mobile devices.

Cons

There's really nothing negative to report. I'm happy with all the features and functionality it offers and customer support has been excellent. Overall, it's the best solution I've found for managing my books so I don't have any complaints at all.

Pros

This feels like one of the best platforms for handling company finances efficiently. Everything is organized in a really professional way and the results have been consistently solid. I also appreciate how it tracks time and keeps everything managed securely and conveniently. It's essentially become a central spot for everyone so there's much less time wasted on paperwork thanks to the helpful features and overall functionality.

Nobody ever gets to 100% perfect. At most, it can be around 99.9%... so it's worth trying once, comparing and seeing the difference for yourself.

It actually works like a complete online accounting package, covering invoicing and tracking and the rest of the workflow and it's genuinely simple to use day to day.

When the team rolled out an update with a new release and refreshed interface/design, moving older invoices over to the new version was pretty painful and we hit a few snags. That migration hassle was a one-off situation though.

Creating detailed invoices and proposals takes just a few minutes which makes it perfect when you're busy. Genuinely, this tool IS effective for small business accounting. The ability to take credit card payments for customer invoices is a huge plus. It also feels like it makes sense to invest here only if you'll actually use the features, otherwise it doesn't add much beyond just viewing incoming company names on your website.

App still needs some work. Price-wise, it's pretty expensive compared to other options if you're not using the full application. I also noticed the latest User Interface change feels like a step back, the previous version was more effective and required fewer clicks.

The interface and overall design really won me over and I'm hoping the product keeps expanding, there's a lot of potential. Using it has felt genuinely simple and the customization options let me shape it to match how I work. A standout feature is being able to generate an invoice link I can drop into an email, instead of sending the message directly through it where my clients might not even notice it.

What doesn't fully meet my needs is estimates. Right now it feels too limited when I want customers to choose between options, packages or give structured feedback. Editing an estimate, updating it and then sending it back is also more of a hassle than it should be. I'd like estimate related reporting to cover multiple income streams such as product sales and it would be great to generate receipts through it as well. Lastly, the pricing could be a bit more affordable.

My favorite part was how simple it is to use and the whole platform feels really user-friendly from start to finish.

Only area I'd want to see improved is the Reporting section.

Such a simple accounting app and it feels simple to use. Compared with other apps in the same category, the interface is easy to navigate and it has that familiar layout that makes you comfortable right away. The time tracking feature for accounting is one of the best parts of the app and it handles my timing needs really well.

Cons

A couple things are missing, there's no way to view transaction history and credit card tracking isn't available. Also, usage is limited to the first 25 clients, once you go beyond that number, the app's payment/usage access is restricted.
