The integration with Harvest, along with our existing business procedures, occurred smoothly. The revenue forecasting capabilities are both intuitive and immensely valuable. Daily updates on employee hours in the time tracking component, compared to expected hours, empower us to assess if the remaining hours will suffice to bridge gaps in our monthly revenue projections.

Cons

The most desired addition to the features is the ability to forecast team utilization.

Harvest serves as the cornerstone for our services business, and it performs admirably. Nonetheless, Harvest exhibits certain deficiencies, some of which are crucial for achieving transparency and gaining business insights. This is where HeroBI becomes instrumental in providing the missing elements. What I appreciate the most is, naturally, its seamless integration with Harvest, the insightful features it offers (such as forecasting, revenue analysis, utilization), and a small yet highly beneficial feature of monitoring how team members log their hours (including notifications with actual names and any missing hours). This functionality enables us to report all hours accurately and bill clients promptly.

Cons

HeroBI consistently introduces an expanding array of features, and I'm particularly eager for the upcoming staffing forecast module. Harvest lacks essential features not covered by HeroBI's value proposition, and products like HeroBI have the potential to drive advancements in Harvest.
