“Very useful creative collaboration software for heavy media files
Pros
When collaborating with remote teams, Hightail proved unbelievably valuable for seamless communication and quick issue resolution.
Cons
While the positives of the software are worth mentioning, I must say that the pricing is a bit high for smaller companies.

“Sharing, Editing, Singing & Managing Files Made Simple
Pros
The file tracking feature of Hightail is a standout for me. It allows me to monitor sent and received files on different dates. Moreover, the data-sharing notification feature adds a professional touch and ensures well-managed file sharing.
Cons
The free account has limited storage space of only 2 GB, and the maximum file size for uploads is just 250 MB, which is quite low compared to other similar cloud storage providers available.

“Sharing files never been so easy!
Pros
The simplicity and user-friendliness of Hightail are remarkable. It provides a shareable link for each space I create which allows me to segment different files with an ease.
Cons
I dislike how the account reaches its storage limit, and even after deleting files, it still doesn't allow for adding more.

“Great for what you need it for
Pros
This site is highly user-friendly. That is why I highly recommended it for file transfers to clients or anyone else.
Cons
It's a bit annoying that I have to pay to send more than one file. Although I understand it why and it makes sense.

“Great for File Sharing
Pros
As someone who frequently deals with large files for paid recordings, Hightail has been a fantastic solution for file sharing.
Cons
There are no negatives at all. The free option allows for files under 100MB, and even the prices for the pro version are affordable. I highly recommend it for handling large files.

“Hightail for Advertising Agency
Pros
Hightail is an excellent service for sharing large files. It simplifies the uploading process and offers tracking capabilities.
Cons
When sharing a link, it is important to pay attention to its expiration, as it can sometimes expire relatively quickly. Additionally, recipients may encounter difficulties downloading the files if they don't have the necessary plugins installed on their computers.

“Too many features
Pros
Hightail contains great features and functionality. It is easy to implement and train new staff members on the software.
Cons
Initially, we had YouSendIt for file transfers through our website. It would be great to have a "lite" version that offers the same simplicity as this service.

“AssetLibrary
Pros
Hightail proves to be an excellent asset management tool and facilitates sending large files to external recipients. Having all assets stored in one location and generating links from there is truly beneficial.
Cons
None! My files reach their destination, and they are safely stored. This is an excellent option for sending files outside of an organization.

“Reliable File Sender
Pros
Hightail offers a minimalist and intuitive option for sending larger files to anyone at any time that can't be attached to emails.
Cons
Unfortunately, there was a maximum file size, and my company decided to use another option for sending large files. Additionally, some files wouldn't send despite receiving confirmation.

“Use for sending files
Pros
As a freelance graphic designer, I am always on the lookout for an easier way to send and receive files. While I use the free version, Hightail provides simple and efficient solutions for clients who require longer file storage.
Cons
I dislike that I have to sign up for the free version. If it is free, there should be no signup required.

“A Photographers perspective
Pros
Hightail provides ease of use, simple functions and a professional interface. End users/clients can easily download files using simple links, and I can manage them without a problem. The large storage capacity and good value for money are additional benefits.
Cons
It's difficult to say, but very rarely, the connection drops out, and files aren't uploaded. However, it can easily be rectified by uploading again.
