“Easy all-in-one tool”
Pros
After using it for a long time, I ended up trying a few other platforms but none of them matched up. This one is simple, simple to use and gives us everything we need all in one place.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing I really dislike about it.

“Team collaboration with updates”
Pros
Everyone on the team can work together in one place and view the notes each person has added. I also get email notifications reminding me to log in and check the latest updates.
Cons
They roll out new features quite often which is definitely a positive but it can sometimes be a little difficult to keep up with all the changes. Overall, it has been a good experience.

“Packed with features and integrations”
Pros
You might start using this software for just one purpose but once you discover everything else it can do, it quickly becomes something you can't work without. In places where I've worked, I've seen it used for bug tracking, project tracking, time reporting and even project budgeting. It really covers everything. I also have to give special credit to the technical integrations especially the BitBucket integration.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. If anything, it just keeps improving with every new release.

“Project control toolkit”
Pros
Its broad set of monitoring and management tools makes it indispensable for keeping any project under control, no matter the size.
Cons
Since it's quite a complex platform, it can be hard to understand at the beginning but with a bit of practice, you can start making the most of everything it offers.

“Bug tracking that keeps us organized”
Pros
Having a ticketing system for bug reports and feature requests has been a huge help. This product has really kept our team organized and made it much easier to stay on top of fixing the bugs users run into.
Cons
At times, moving between different views feels a bit confusing and once I leave a certain page, it can be hard to figure out how to get back to it.

“rich reporting”
Pros
This tool seems to have covered just about every angle of Agile project management. Whether it's Scrum, Kanban, hybrid methods or even larger scaling frameworks, it can all be set up quickly and monitored closely in one place. The built-in reporting is excellent and there are thousands of third-party plugins available which adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Online version can be a bit slow at times when refreshing pages or moving through navigation. That said, I haven't run into those problems with the enterprise on-prem hosted version.

“Flexible tracking tools”
Pros
From a project management standpoint, this software is incredibly comprehensive. It offers a wide range of features that are genuinely useful for our entire team and it lets us track projects in a way that fits our preferred workflow really well.
Cons
Because it does so much, the platform also comes with a noticeable level of complexity. Tasks that feel like they should be easy can end up being more involved than expected, for instance, changing a task type is not as simple as just clicking a button. On top of that some features can be difficult to locate and I still end up searching online fairly often just to figure out how to do basic things.

“Helpful ticket progress tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of support tickets works really well with this tool. You can review all comments from the moment a ticket was created and follow its progress without much trouble.
Cons
Site can feel a bit awkward to navigate and creating a new ticket takes time because there are a lot of fields to fill out.

“Secure roles and easy workflow”
Pros
Using it has been really easy. It lets members have specific roles and those role-based permissions do a good job of keeping data secure.
Cons
From what I've seen, it hasn't caused many issues for what I need. If anything, file sharing could probably be improved a bit.

“Helpful status visibility”
Pros
Being able to open columns in every status is really useful since it lets me make a pending job visible whenever I need to.

“Useful UI and Kanban flow”
Pros
It's been really useful for managing software projects. The interface and overall design are appealing and it helps a lot with implementing Agile methodology. The Kanban board is one of the features I enjoy the most.
Cons
Adding more features increases the cost which is understandable but the pricing still feels a bit high. It also takes some time to learn and newcomers may need longer to get comfortable with it, probably because it has such a wide range of features.

“easy project tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with project progress and task status is easy and it gives management enough visibility to make decisions quickly. Because of that, the team can stay aligned and hit deadlines more consistently.
Cons
Biggest frustration is the loading time. Screenshots often take too long to open, bugs can take a while to load and the board details also lag quite a bit at times.

“Flexible dashboards and API options”
Pros
The dashboard can be tailored the way you want which is a big plus. It's also convenient to add new stories into existing projects instead of starting from scratch every time. On top of that, there's a wide selection of APIs available to work with.
Cons
Charts depend heavily on visuals and don't provide much useful information. Also, when several people are working on the same area and making updates, the changes don't sync right away which can create confusion.

“Fantastic boards and documentation”
Pros
Being able to create epics and tasks while managing our workflows in one place has been really valuable. The boards make it simple to see exactly where things are during a sprint without constantly having to chase down the product team for updates. The newer option to filter comments across different timelines has also been a big help when trying to understand where something sits in the QA process. We also rely heavily on Confluence for a massive documentation effort and it has been incredible. We went from having very limited documentation to having everything captured and that shift has genuinely transformed how our team works.
Cons
One minor frustration is with tasks that are marked "done", if you want to delete a task or topic at that point, the process feels a bit tough. That said, it's not a major deal-breaker.

“customizable boards and team visibility”
Pros
Keeping track of work with this tool is really practical and it also makes communication with other teams involved in the business much easier. The ability to create a board and organize categories however you want helps a lot with monitoring the current status of ongoing work. We also use it with Slack integration which is very helpful since any action taken there shows up as a notification in Slack.
Cons
Navigation menus could definitely be simpler and more simple. At times, getting access can feel unnecessarily complicated. The pricing is also a bit on the expensive side.

“perfect tracking tool”
Pros
Over the past year, my team and I have relied on it to manage releases and it's been incredibly helpful. It does a great job of tracking critical bug fixes along with new features and enhancements. Overall, it's fairly simple to use and becomes quite powerful once you know how to work with it properly.
Cons
The area that gave me the most trouble was the built-in filters. They're not very flexible and you really need custom user-defined filters to get the most value from them. Search can feel a little awkward too especially when you have to use the URL to add tokens.
