“project management done right”
Pros
Working with this tool has been a really positive experience. It's very user-friendly and helps manage agile projects in an efficient way. The issue tracking system is especially handy and I also appreciate the additional integrations available, like Confluence which extend its functionality even further.
Cons
There was a slight learning curve when it came to understanding user access privileges especially the differences between what admins can do versus regular users. I've also run into cases during agile sprints where certain tasks or issues are hard to locate after assigning them to an upcoming sprint that hasn't started yet. Once the sprint begins, everything appears correctly on the sprint board but it would be better if this part worked more clearly from the start.

“Easy workflow”
Pros
An simple, visually appealing interface really helps keep the focus on Agile practices which makes it easier to work efficiently and pay attention to what actually matters.
Cons
It could still use a few more specific views, such as a Gantt chart in certain situations especially when working with hybrid project management methods.

“Flexible but unfocused”
Pros
One thing I appreciate is how adaptable it is. You can shape it around almost any workflow, whether that means tracking tasks or managing customer service tickets.
Cons
That same flexibility can also be a drawback. It tries to handle whatever you throw at it but it doesn't really excel in any one area and getting it to work exactly the way you want can be frustrating.

“Clean sprint tracking”
Pros
Sprint tracking has been really effective with this tool especially for managing the stories coming in from leadership. From a developer's perspective, it helps me stay on top of my tasks without feeling cluttered or overwhelmed.
Cons
Accessing the analytics features does take a little getting used to and requires some training. The version I've worked with also throws random errors now and then although refreshing the page usually clears them up.

“Task breakdown and teamwork”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized and splitting them into smaller steps works really well. It also makes collaborating with coworkers much more convenient.

One thing that gets annoying is the number of emails that come through from a ticket after you create it.

“Fast for daily tasks”
Pros
We use it every day to manage tasks and it's been fast, practical and genuinely useful. It works well for what we need and overall I'm very happy with it.
Cons
Everything works fine overall but the design and user interface could definitely be improved.

“Helpful collaboration with a learning curve”
Pros
Collaboration works well here and it gives teams a great way to follow progress and blockers across different groups and backgrounds. It seems geared mostly toward technology teams but it can still be applied to non-technical projects too.
Cons
There's definitely a fairly steep learning curve and figuring out the different work types like Epic, Story, Task and Bug can feel discouraging at first. Still, it becomes worthwhile once you learn it and use it consistently.

“Collaboration that keeps work moving”
Pros
Working with this tool feels very collaborative. There's no need to go back and forth in long email threads anymore because everything is laid out clearly in the epic or task and all it takes is mentioning someone to get their help closing the ticket.
Cons
Dashboard could use some improvement since finding a specific epic can be difficult and the file uploader would be better if the thumbnail didn't take up so much space.

“Essential for release planning”
Pros
This feels absolutely essential for any tech company. It helps our whole team stay aligned, coordinate effectively and plan feature releases together.
Cons
One thing I'd still want improved is the product roadmap especially around how to customize it and understand how to use it more clearly.

“Reports and flexible setup”
Pros
Before the recent update, using it was fantastic. Everything felt simple and nicely structured and there was plenty of customization to tailor the platform to exactly what your team needed. It handles multiple board types, offers a wide range of reports you can actually use to guide decisions and the Bitbucket and Confluence integrations make it especially convenient for an IT team.
Cons
Since the latest UI update, the experience has taken a hit. Some ticket-level fields were rearranged and pushed much farther down the page which makes them harder to find and use even though they weren't actually removed.

“Feature-rich and customizable”
Pros
Packed with features that fit real project workflows really well. Almost everything can be configured and customized which makes it flexible for different team needs. It handles a large volume of tasks without trouble and organizing them is manageable thanks to bulk editing. Interoperability with other tools and software is also great which makes it even more useful.
Cons
One downside is the pricing model which feels somewhat aggressive. Most plugins have to be paid for based on the total number of users in the system, rather than only the users who actually use that plugin.

“Helpful notifications and workflow”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and the notifications it sends for tracking tasks and defects are especially useful since that's something we rely on a lot.
Cons
I'd still like to see more built out around budget management and time tracking. It would also help to have red, yellow and green status buttons for issues and risks, along with a reporting tab where all project reports can be accessed in one place.

“Tracking with flexible workflows”
Pros
From a project management standpoint, this is a very capable tracking tool with plenty of built-in methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban. It also lets you build custom workflows which adds a lot of flexibility. Another big plus is the number of third-party integrations available. We've connected Slack, Bitbucket and a few other tools and everything works together really well.
Cons
Because it includes so many features, the configuration side can get pretty complicated and usually takes a while to set up correctly. The navigation has also felt a bit confusing since the UI changes.

“Flexible workflows”
Pros
From an agile process standpoint, this is an ideal tool for an organization. Its features are structured to support a systematic development workflow really well. It offers multiple ticket types such as story, feature, RCA, task and defect and the way subtasks work along with linking bugs to a parent ticket is thoughtfully built. Another big advantage is that the progress flow can be configured differently for each ticket type. On top of that, a large part of the platform is customizable which makes it highly flexible and adaptable for almost any kind of organization. You can also create dashboards, team boards and more to fit the way your teams operate.
Cons
Because the platform includes so many customizable elements, it does need a skilled admin especially during the initial setup, if you want to fully benefit from everything it can do. Otherwise, users can still begin with the default settings just to get started but that may not deliver the full effectiveness of the tool.

“Affordable team tracking”
Pros
One thing that worked really well was the ability to create and manage multiple users. The 5-user demo version is available at a low cost which made it practical to test properly before rolling it out across the organization. It also helps with product management and lets you track the time your team spends on different tasks. From an F&A perspective, my main priority was monitoring productivity and checking diaries and it handled that well.
Cons
We were using it at an early-stage automotive startup so it felt better suited to a bigger team with a larger user base. The interface could also use some improvement.

“easy tracking and backlog visibility”
Pros
Working with this tool has been very helpful especially since most of my work revolves around backlog items. It serves as an agile management platform where we can also conduct scrum meetings with the client. We use it to track project progress and quickly spot where things are falling behind. Tasks can be added to individual profiles which helps the whole team stay aware of who is working on what. From the board, we can build backlogs, generate reports, plan roadmaps and manage development projects all in one place. Once you properly learn how to use the board, the software becomes very user-friendly.
Cons
It does take time to learn in depth. Access also requires authorization and there isn't much proper training provided.

“Cross-team prioritization”
Pros
This has been a really strong tool for our team. It makes prioritizing work much simpler and helps a lot when collaborating across different teams. The interface is easy to navigate so it doesn't take much effort to find what you're looking for.
Cons
There really isn't much that needs improvement. The only challenge is that some of the wording takes time to get used to since certain things are named in unusual ways and there usually isn't much explanation about what to choose or why.

“Handy task overview”
Pros
One thing that works really well in this software is the clear overview of all the tasks linked to your profile. That makes it much simpler to decide on priorities. It's also very useful that several people can work on the same project at the same time and always use the latest files so everyone is working from the same version.
Cons
Dashboard on the homepage does feel a bit cluttered though. You have to look carefully to see what is placed in each column.
