“Deep feature set”
Pros
There's an enormous range of features here. Nothing else I've seen really compares when it comes to depth because this platform includes so many capabilities that a lot of them are even hidden or turned off by default and only get enabled by admins when teams specifically ask for them.
Cons
At times, page loads are noticeably slow even when the platform is running according to the recommended technical setup.

“Fast team task management”
Pros
Managing teams and tasks is really quick with this software. It's also very easy to build templates for repetitive tasks which saves a lot of time.
Cons
Another plus is that the platform can be accessed from anywhere, including on a smartphone or tablet and it also connects with external suites like G-Suite.

“Helpful bug tracking integrations”
Pros
Even without an engineering background, I use it every day with my team to stay in sync with our engineers and to report and monitor bugs and other issues. The integrations are a big plus too especially with tools like Salesforce since it lets us connect tickets directly to cases.
Cons
One area that could be better is the search feature because it doesn't always return the most accurate results when I'm looking up something specific.

“Ticketing with many plugins”
Pros
Creating and managing tickets is very easy and there's also a wide range of plugins available.
Cons
The menu structure feels complicated and could be better organized. The settings page is also massive so configuring everything takes a long time.

“Perfect for sprint planning”
Pros
For years, this has been my go-to tool for managing sprints as well as long-term strategic planning and it continues to do exactly what I need.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about it. This system really got everything right.

“Centralized task visibility”
Pros
Across our IT department, this has become the go-to tool for managing work. Requests and issues from other departments are always logged there which gives our team a much clearer picture of what needs to be done. We've relied on it for years now and it's basically essential to how we operate. The biggest advantage is having one centralized place to view tasks, deadlines and priorities all at once.
Cons
At this point, there's nothing specific I dislike about it especially because it can be customized so well. The only real concern on my side is the reporting side of the platform. It would be really helpful if it included some prebuilt KPI metrics so we wouldn't have to create and track those ourselves.

“Flexible team workflows”
Pros
Getting started with it was pretty easy for our teams. Since every team works a bit differently, it was nice being able to set up each team's workflow in its own way without much trouble.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is that boards and tickets don't always refresh automatically when someone else makes an update. If you haven't refreshed in a bit, you can end up looking at outdated information.

“Versatile boards”
Pros
Using it is very easy and it lets you build different kinds of boards depending on the project. It really supports an Agile way of working, makes progress simple to follow and keeps everyone aligned on which tasks need attention. For any project, it feels like an essential tool.
Cons
Honestly, I'm happy with everything about it especially the way it handles project tracking.

“Reliable tool with clear guides”
Pros
Across every company I've worked at, this is the one tool I keep coming back to because I honestly haven't seen another option that matches it. The interface feels pleasant to navigate and the documentation and setup guides are clear and well put together.
Cons
They offer a huge number of features but not all of them are visible enough to be easily discovered. In each company, I ended up learning about completely different capabilities that I hadn't even known were there before.

Pros
Sorting through reports is really easy and my team depends on it every day. We honestly couldn't function without it.

“Sprint and backlog tools”
Pros
It packs in a wide range of features for project management, whether the project is small or much larger. You can organize sprints and create epics, stories and tasks based on whatever your team needs. Tasks created through user stories can be kept in the backlog, assigned different priority levels and moved into sprints whenever the time is right. On top of that, there are plenty of plugins available to cover extra needs, like advanced time tracking and Gantt chart creation.
Cons
At times, the interface doesn't feel very beginner-friendly. It can take a while to become comfortable with how the platform works.

“Real-time team visibility”
Pros
One of the best parts of this tool is how quickly it updates so I can see real-time information on the progress and status of a project along with what other team members are currently working on. It really makes it possible for our team to operate fully remotely.
Cons
Every now and then, the page doesn't refresh properly although it's not a frequent issue and sometimes links I add don't actually get saved.

“Smartsheet integration helps reporting”
Pros
More development teams across our organization are starting to adopt it and that has made it possible for us to use the SmartSheet integrator for project metrics reporting. The tool lets us sync task statuses to one or multiple sheets which helps us manage separate deliverables alongside larger projects. It also cuts down on the need for teams to enter and report the same data across multiple applications.
Cons
Integrator is definitely useful but we still can't view or edit the details of workflows created by other users. It also hasn't worked very well with Confluence on our side although that could be related to training. I'd also like the option to work with the API if that becomes available.

“Integrations I rely on”
Pros
After the initial setup, using it is very easy and the huge number of integrations with other systems makes it something that's hard to do without.
Cons
Getting everything configured in the first place is far from simple. There are so many options that figuring out the right choice can be confusing and prone to mistakes which often means going back and digging through hundreds of settings to find the correct one.

“Handy for requirement discussions”
Pros
It works really well as a place where product owners and developers can discuss requirements together. It's also fairly simple to use and follows standards that a lot of developers are already comfortable with.
Cons

“Better log formatting”
Pros
Handling huge logs is much better thanks to the text formatting options. For instance, using {noformat} adds margins to the text box which makes it much easier to read and move through the content. It helps avoid dealing with a massive wall of text and endless scrolling just to reach the bottom.
Cons
One thing that would be useful is a pie chart on the right side of every case, maybe under the Date Created field. It could show how long a case has stayed in statuses like More Info, In Analysis, In Dev, Not Started and similar stages.

“User-friendly with API access”
Pros
Getting started with this product was easy. I'm also really happy with the REST API client since it lets me access IT tickets programmatically.
Cons

“Feature-rich for complex teams”
Pros
It feels like a super-powered ship, loaded with tons of functions and features that can take you wherever you need to go. On complex projects, it can be a real secret weapon that makes the difference between losing and winning. There's a good reason big organizations rely on it across their teams and not just in IT.
Cons
At the same time, it's far more complicated than most average teams actually need. The biggest downside is how limited it feels. Even when all you want is a simple to-do list, you still have to deal with plenty of checkboxes, dropdowns, forms to fill out and decisions to make before saving a task, ticket or whatever name you use. It would be much better if the tool could adapt to the project instead of forcing the project to adapt to the tool.
