“Dashboards and sprint control”
Pros
There are a lot of strong points here, creating sprints and cards is easy and assigning work across the team is simple. The dashboard gives us a great view of the project and it also helps assess who has been the most productive. Another useful part is the activity trail which makes evaluation better and more complete. I also appreciated being able to attach files, competitors and comments in a simple way through an interface that feels pleasant to use.
Cons
One downside is the 7 MB attachment limit on files. At times, the interface does not make the activities performed very clear. We also ran into a situation where we created a project involving two different companies and to mark who had tested it, we only changed the owner. Because of that, we could no longer measure how much time the developer had actually taken. I also was not happy with the way attached files are ordered.

“Flexible task management”
Pros
Task management works well and there's a great amount of configuration available to tailor the tool. The integration points with other tools are also a big plus.
Cons
Navigation isn't the most simple so it takes a bit of time to get used to. We also have to keep manually refreshing the UI to see the latest data on the screen.

“Must-have for teams”
Pros
It supports our day-to-day work so much that most of us can hardly imagine doing our jobs without it. For any company built around agile development, this really feels like an essential tool to have in place.
Cons
It can be a little slow and a bit buggy from time to time although it has clearly improved a lot over the years. Every now and then some data does not load, the interface jumps around awkwardly or something else glitches but it usually does not have a major impact on actually using it.

“Excellent anomaly tracking”
Pros
This software is excellent for managing defects. Even though it has a few flaws, issues are passed along to developers fairly quickly so they can make the necessary fixes. Developers can then release updates and notify users as soon as those corrections are available. It also gives project management a clear view of trends, such as the total number of defects, the defect resolution rate and the overall quality of the project.
Cons
To set up software for a project takes time. In my opinion there are also tons of plugins available to extend its functionality but installing them can be time-consuming.

“Helpdesk ticketing solution”
Pros
Using it day to day is very easy. It lets us set up multiple projects and gather customer incident and problem reports in one place. It works really well for helpdesk operations and it handles ticket creation, updates and closure while keeping both customers and the support team informed through email notifications.
Cons
Getting everything configured can be fairly complicated and it takes quite a bit of time with the development team to clearly define how you want each project to function and appear. That said, once the setup is finished, it becomes a very valuable tool.

“Feature-rich and customizable”
Pros
There's a really wide range of features included. It can be set up and customized to fit almost any kind of project or company and the level of control in the settings is very detailed.
Cons
User experience isn't the strongest and more than once I was left searching around trying to figure out where a certain feature or function was located.

“Reliable tracking and Kanban”
Pros
A few parts of this tool are genuinely really good. The interface is simple to use and the API is easy to work with for automation. The Kanban board is also a very useful feature. Creating new tickets and subtasks for bug tracking is quick and convenient and it makes tracking the team's work feel reliable and well organized.
Cons
There are a couple of downsides from using it. File uploads can be quite slow at times and the pricing feels expensive especially for smaller companies.

“Perfect for project tracking”
Pros
When moving from one enterprise software company to another, chances are you won't need anything beyond this for project and issue tracking. Being part of the ecosystem also makes it feel very tightly integrated with Confluence.
Cons
Like any project management tool, it's only as effective and transparent as the team using it. It's very possible to lose your way in it and getting the most value from the product really depends on teams having a disciplined way of working.

“simple planning done right”
Pros
Keeping projects organized is much simpler with this tool especially because of the planning features like Kanban, SCRUM support for agile teams and the Gantt chart. Using Confluence for documentation is also a really smart addition. The cross-platform setup is another plus. Being able to view the different stages of a project also helps a lot with decision-making and reviews.
Cons
Pricing feels a little high and it does take some user experience to really make the most of all the features the tool offers.

“Kanban and task tracking”
Pros
Kanban board has been really useful for keeping track of everything I need to get done. There's also a dedicated area that brings together all the tasks assigned to me and the ones currently in progress which helps a lot. The interface is clean and simple and the available settings give you plenty of flexibility. Overall, it's a very capable project management tool.
Cons
It's not the most easy tool at first so there's a bit of a learning curve when you start using it. That said, once you spend a little time with it, it's not actually that hard to understand.

Pros
Visual design makes the software much easier to follow and work with. Everything feels more simple overall.

“Flexible reports and visuals”
Pros
One of the best parts is how flexible the reporting is, along with the clear visualizations that make project management much easier to follow.

“Ticket visibility and integrations”
Pros
Every ticket opened in the system is clearly displayed with the owner, priority and remaining SLA time which makes it very helpful to understand how work is progressing and what actions are still needed from the comments.
Cons
It already integrates with several platforms like Office 365, Google and others so I don't really have any specific improvements to point out right now.

“Excellent project tracking and planning”
Pros
From start to finish, this tool does a really good job of keeping projects organized at every stage. It's especially useful for tracking bugs and issues and it helps a lot with planning organizing and documenting throughout the software development process.
Cons
My only real complaint with this tool is the user interface which feels cluttered. It can also seem a bit complicated for first-time users since some features and configuration options may be confusing at first.

“Workflow customization”
Pros
It's flexible enough to be tailored to just about any workflow you can think of, from a basic Kanban board to highly controlled, complex processes with approvals and automations. Once you really learn how to use it, you can adapt it to fit almost any organization and that know-how is valuable to carry from one job to the next.
Cons
It can be a bit confusing because the setup and overall use aren't very simple at first. They've clearly been trying to simplify things with the newer next-gen projects and that does make a difference but the interface still feels slow quite often and there's too much waiting around for screens to load which gets frustrating sometimes.

“Helpful project overview and file uploads”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how the tiles are organized within each team and process since it gives project leads a clear overview of the project they're handling. Uploading files is also very convenient and the drag-and-drop option is a big advantage because it cuts out the extra steps you usually deal with in the traditional way.
Cons
Getting started can be a little difficult for new users especially when it comes to fully understanding the tool and using it properly to support project management.

Pros
Using it feels very easy and it really helps with sharing knowledge across the team. It also supports getting tasks completed on time and the way it integrated with our business processes worked out very well.

“Helpful video defect reporting”
Pros
Being able to upload defects through video was the standout feature for me because it makes the whole workflow much clearer to explain. It's one of the best tools for testers especially beginners and it has a lot of potential in the market.
Cons
At times, it lags and becomes unusable which can be frustrating. If that gets improved, it would fully serve its purpose.
