“User-friendly task chains”
Pros
The tracking works well and the software is very user-friendly. It's simple enough for anyone to use. One feature that's especially useful is being able to create a chain task under the main task.
Cons
An issue can still be marked as completed even when the chain task hasn't been finished which can be misleading. Also, the label colors are a bit confusing because they look too similar to the members' colors.

“Easy roadmap communication”
Pros
Using it for product roadmap updates and development communication worked really well. The tool felt very user-friendly and simple right away. I was able to jump in and use it without needing any training for the tasks I had to handle. The clean layout helped too since it wasn't cluttered and usually drew your attention to the right areas.
Cons
I really didn't have any issues with the software. That said even though I was working in Sales, I do have a somewhat technical background and past experience with similar tools. A few of my colleagues needed a bit more time to get comfortable with it.

“simple workflow and team messaging”
Pros
Getting started with this was very easy and the interface feels simple right away. As someone new to it, I was able to learn it quickly and understand how to move around the system without much trouble. It works really well for sending messages to other teams, assigning tasks and also checking the costs the team has quoted.
Cons
The part I don't enjoy is the preview mode for Excel files. It's hard to read and a bit confusing so I usually have to download the file instead.

“Workflow customization that works”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this platform is its issue management capabilities. The workflow is easily the strongest part since it can be customized to fit different processes and it connects easily with other tools. At our company, we integrate it with Jenkins and that has been a standout feature because it lets us automate the triggering of software processes directly from it.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is the comments and history tab because it sometimes logs far more information than necessary, like exactly who changed what and when. I really think that level of detail could be trimmed down since it feels like too much information in its current state.

“Roadmap planning and customization”
Pros
After using this product for more than a year, it still remains the best project management tool I've worked with. It's very user-friendly and has been a big help across my projects especially when handling roadmap requirements and integrations. Another big plus is how customizable it is since we can organize and adapt the product the way we need in order to get our work done. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
There is a mobile app available but it doesn't perform very well right now. Another issue is that when a report is downloaded as an image, the image quality turns out poor and those images can't really be reused. Fixing these points would take the product to another level.

“Organized sprint visibility”
Pros
Everything feels well structured and simple to work with for agile methodology and it gives clients a clear overall view of what's happening in each sprint.
Cons
On Internet Explorer, the performance is slower and it can get pretty laggy at times although that may partly be due to the browser itself.

“Daily team communication”
Pros
Across support, product and development, we rely on it every day. It keeps communication flowing well and gives everyone much better visibility across the company.
Cons
It can feel a bit complicated at first for someone who hasn't used it before. Compared with other software, it's not always the most simple to pick up.

“Keeps projects on track”
Pros
It does a really good job of keeping our organization aligned and moving forward on projects. The reporting feature is especially useful because it gives a clear visual of where everything stands.
Cons
This may just come down to user error but there are times when it's a little difficult to locate project tasks and make sure team members are keeping their records updated.

“Feature-packed issue tracking”
Pros
From creating issues to tracking progress and closing them out, this software covers everything you'd want to do. It really feels essential for any software company.
Cons
Since it's built mainly for software companies, the product clearly caters to that kind of user. Because of that, it can feel pretty technical to work with.

“Project tracking boost”
Pros
Looking back, bringing this into our organization a few years ago made it obvious how much we had been missing by not adopting it sooner. The interface is very simple and it took very little training for end users like project managers, team leads and developers to get up and running. Since switching, we've been able to visualize project status much faster, keep information updated and create new tasks more quickly than with the previous solution we used.
Cons
One thing to watch out for is where you click on the cards. Certain buttons can trigger changes, like updating a status, without any warning to the user.

“Complete project control”
Pros
It covers pretty much everything needed to manage a project, including issues and requests. The permissions setup is also excellent and very comprehensive.
Cons
Since the platform is so full-featured, there are a lot of details to pay attention to. The project access and permissions side is especially quite complicated at the beginning.

“Organized UX and useful filters”
Pros
Honestly, this software checks all the boxes for me. It has everything I need without turning into a cluttered mess. The UX is one of the best parts, it's simple, well organized and I never have to wonder where anything is. I got comfortable using it really fast. I also really appreciate being able to filter tasks that are assigned specifically to me.
Cons
Sometimes it does run a bit slow and can be surprisingly demanding on my processor even on a mid-range MacBook Pro which is usually more than capable. I also fairly often have to reload the page to get a specific action to work. It's annoying but not enough to seriously damage the overall experience.

“Flexible platform with setup headaches”
Pros
One thing this software has going for it is how flexible it is. It keeps getting better over time and since it's already an industry standard, new employees can usually jump in and get started right away without much trouble.
Cons
At the same time, configuring it is really difficult and quite a few features feel broken, like the estimated time summary for sub-tasks in sprint view. There are also a lot of little gotchas that make using it more frustrating than it should be.

“Reliable tracking and project control”
Pros
This has been a really great tool for both issue management and project management. It lets you follow project progress closely, handle issues and bugs within a project, check completion status and even have employees log their work so everything can be tracked in one place.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the interface can take a bit of time since there are so many features available. Other than that, I really do not have any complaints because the software performs very well.

“Great for distributed Scrum teams”
Pros
Having this in place has been really valuable for our project team especially in software development and for the scrum master as well. It helps us stay on top of activities, keep the project structured and stay aligned with deadlines. Since our team is spread across different countries like Sweden, Brazil and India, we rely on it during daily meetings when each person reviews their assigned tasks, shares status updates and raises any blockers. The issue tracking feature is also extremely useful.
Cons
Setting up a project in the system for the first time can be a bit tough. That said, once you become familiar with the process, it gets much easier whenever you need to configure a new sprint or create new tasks.
