“Modern interface that fits well”
Pros
A modern interface is one of the first things you notice and after spending a little time getting familiar with the features and workflow, it fits naturally into the whole issue-tracking process. It makes it simple to communicate with the people helping resolve problems, add watchers, assign tickets to the right people and keep everything organized. The layout feels thoughtfully designed, looks clean and is pleasant to work in. Overall, it handles its core purpose really well.
Cons
The connection between it's own tools especially Bitbucket, could still be improved. There are times when pull requests do not appear on IT tickets even when they were submitted for that specific ticket.

“Useful issue aggregation but awkward filing”
Pros
Once you get used to it, the issue tracking does a pretty great job. The issue aggregation features are helpful for narrowing things down and finding exactly what you need even when there are thousands of open issues.
Cons
Getting an issue filed correctly with all the necessary details can be frustrating. It can be hard to locate the right controls for adding files or screenshots and formatting the text properly feels like a hassle waiting to happen.

“Workflows and exports”
Pros
The Kanban board, export options and workflow tools are the features that have really stood out to me while using it.
Cons
The admin area can be a little confusing when you're trying to locate certain settings so there is a bit of a learning curve with the software.

“Responsive UI and collaboration”
Pros
Structure feels well planned, the platform is fast and the interface responds quickly. The admin capabilities are comprehensive and the collaboration tools are really top notch.
Cons
Creating a roadmap or Gantt chart still depends on third-party tools and the UI could make it simpler to download epics and stories in spreadsheet format.

“Task planning and visibility”
Pros
Setting up tasks, prioritizing them and keeping the overall development process organized feels very easy. The real-time reports and visual data are always available which makes tracking progress much more convenient. Installation and configuration were also quite simple to handle.
Cons
Because the software includes so many features, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It definitely takes some onboarding and extra time to learn properly.

“Project control made easy”
Pros
Across every stage of a project, this tool helps manage just about everything in one place. It's a really valuable option for project managers because it can significantly boost efficiency and makes it much easier to stay on top of all the moving parts.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the software takes time and there's definitely a learning curve before you can use it effectively. It would also be better if the application were a bit lighter since that could help it run faster.

“Flexible task tracking”
Pros
Flexibility of this tool stands out and it's very user-friendly. Managing tasks is really easy, it fits perfectly into an Agile workflow and it does a great job of tracking both tasks and bugs. There's also a high level of customization available which makes it adaptable to different team needs.
Cons
On the downside, it's pricier than a lot of competing options. It also doesn't do a good job of tracking testing or pass/fail results and the reporting features still have room for improvement.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
Right away, this felt like an excellent tool thanks to its very user-friendly interface and the overall pleasant experience it delivers. The software is incredibly customizable and can be configured for just about anything you need. On top of that, it's a very powerful platform and its query language offers a high level of flexibility to handle whatever requirements a project team might have.
Cons
One thing worth mentioning is that the learning curve can be pretty steep for people who are less comfortable with software especially compared with some other tools available. That can become a real issue for businesses or smaller startups with employees who are not particularly tech-savvy. Without great training from someone experienced, it could easily discourage quite a few people from even giving it a proper try.

“Feature-packed platform”
Pros
Packed with powerful capabilities and plenty of features, this product has been enjoyable to explore especially when it comes to discovering all the useful functionality it offers.

“Workflow visibility and customization”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths here is the level of control it gives you to shape the platform into exactly the solution you need. The customization options really feel unmatched. When it comes to managing workflows, tracking status updates and having a clear view of what's on your plate, it does an amazing job.
Cons
Using it without taking the time to configure it properly is where problems start. Without that effort and commitment, it can feel off-putting and come across as a bulky, messy system. You really have to strip out what you do not use, set things up around each individual's needs and teach your team how to work with it. Because it is so open-ended, it can easily overwhelm people if there is no management or structure in place.

“Great documentation and tracking”
Pros
This tool really did a strong job. The documentation and project tracking are excellent and being able to hyperlink tickets directly from Kanban boards is very useful. It also helps speed up project meetings and reviews especially when working remotely.
Cons
Every now and then, server issues cause disconnects while editing a Confluence page which can be frustrating.

“Task prioritization and assignments”
Pros
Being able to prioritize tasks and export everything, completed, rejected, in progress and more, has been really useful. It also helps a lot that tasks can be assigned directly to team members which makes staying organized much easier.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve if you are not familiar with project management software. And when the Kanban board starts filling up with a large number of tasks, it can feel overwhelming although the filtering options do help reduce some of that clutter.

“Better teamwork but takes time”
Pros
Compared with how we used to handle things over email, this has made collaboration between the business side and our IT team much better. It's a lot easier to keep track of bug statuses, fixes and enhancements now instead of dealing with an inefficient email chain. Being able to add comments and screenshots while doing QA or other tasks is also really helpful because it gives instant feedback to the people working on or reviewing those items.
Cons
Getting started with it felt like a pretty big learning curve. That may partly be because I hadn't used a tool like this before but there were definitely features and workflows that didn't feel very simple at first. It has become more familiar over time and I'm more comfortable with it now but every now and then I still get stuck trying to figure out how to do something.

“Great dashboard and support”
Pros
Getting started with this tool feels very simple and using it day to day is easy. Team collaboration has become much simpler, the dashboard is excellent and the feature set is very detailed. On top of that, the support team is the best.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about it since it covers everything I need. If I had one suggestion, it would be to offer periodic webinars so users can better understand new features and the best ways to use them.

“Slack sync is fantastic”
Pros
One of the best parts is how well it works across tools. My company handles about 95% of communication through Slack and the convenient Slack integration is a huge help for keeping everything connected.
Cons
Most of my frustrations come more from how my company has chosen to use it than from the software itself. That said, the number of ticket alerts we get can become overwhelming pretty fast. Another limitation is the permissions around moving tickets, for example, I might not even be able to move a ticket that I created myself.

“Flexible team project management”
Pros
Across our team, this has turned into a really great project management tool that everyone uses regularly. One of the best parts is how flexible it is since it can be adapted to fit your specific needs instead of forcing you into one limited setup.

“Free licenses are a big win”
Pros
As a small nonprofit with a limited IT team, the pricing has been a big advantage for us. It includes up to three licenses at no cost which means we're basically able to run the Service Desk for free.
Cons
There's definitely a lot of flexibility in the product but all of that customization comes with a trade-off. With so many options available, it can feel a bit more confusing to navigate and use at times.

“Issue tracking tools”
Pros
Issue tracking is where this software really shines. I've worked with plenty of competing tools in other jobs and none of them matched the range of capabilities this one delivers.
Cons
One part that still feels awkward is changing or assigning users across different tickets. At times, those updates don't feel as sticky or reliable as I'd expect.

“Tracking and workflow features”
Pros
Across many organizations, this has proven to be a very useful tool. A few things that stood out to me were its ability to track all kinds of work, whether that is a new feature, a bug, an issue or anything else that needs proper follow-up. It is also highly scalable and supports different workflow types for tracking needs. The interface is user-friendly and simple to work with which is why business owners and managers often rely on it to monitor the overall status of a project. Time logging is another valuable feature since it helps measure how much time is being spent on an issue or user story. On top of that, it works with third-party tools through integrations and offers a variety of add-ons. All of this also helps teams move projects toward delivery more quickly.
Cons
From a developer's side, installing add-ons or connecting it with other tools can sometimes be difficult. In many cases, administrator access is needed for these tasks but there is no clear information provided about which admin should be contacted. Because of that, the whole process can end up taking quite a bit of time. It does offer an API for issue management but the feature set is still limited and could be improved with more advanced capabilities.

“Feature-packed and user-friendly”
Pros
Right from the start, this application feels very easy and user-friendly so it doesn't take long for anyone to get comfortable with it. It also comes with a wide range of features, letting you create user stories, break them into subtasks, manage issues and build dashboards and filters. There's a lot included and it really helps simplify how project work is organized and broken down. One thing I really appreciate is that everything can be tracked within the task itself so anyone who opens it can immediately see what changed and what the current status is. It has also been very useful for sending reports since I can share detailed updates on open issues, completed issues and more.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about overall. The only issue I've noticed lately is that I'm sometimes unable to upload certain files directly to tasks and the upload occasionally fails midway through. That's something that would be worth looking into.
