“Top task tracking tool”
Pros
Across all our development work, this has been the best tool we've used for tracking, coordinating and prioritizing tasks. We rely on it heavily and it also lets us document all related items clearly while ranking work based on urgency.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't come across any downsides. After using it for the past couple of years without any difficulties or limitations, it would be very hard for anyone to convince me to switch since it continues to cover everything we need.

“Strong features and integration”
Pros
Having this tool in place has been really valuable for us. It comes with a wide range of capabilities, including project management, a ticketing system, board tracking and plenty more. We use it alongside Confluence and the two work really well together. It also integrates with our other platforms, such as our CRM system.
Cons
Setting it up can be a bit more involved than a typical project management tool especially if you want to take full advantage of everything it offers.

“Clients stay informed”
Pros
Clients can use this without much trouble which gives them clear visibility into the process and a easy way to keep all communication documented.
Cons
It has a lot of features and comes across as a powerful platform but it feels restrictive once you try to get more creative outside a limited workflow. That may be because the option doesn't exist or because setting up extra organization isn't simple. For example, there's a sprint, a backlog and labels but I'd really like more flexibility to create additional backlog-style lists for client wishlists that should be saved for later instead of cluttering the main backlog.

“Flexible tools on the go”
Pros
Across different kinds of projects, this has been a really strong tool because it offers a lot of flexibility. It's highly customizable too, with plenty of plug-ins that can be selected based on what works best for your setup and preferences. Another big plus is the mobile version which makes it possible to keep using it while away from the computer and get things done on the go.
Cons
One downside, like with a lot of project management software, is the way the pricing tiers are set up. There is a free version available but the seven-day trial feels too limited to properly decide whether to commit especially when you're working on a longer-term project. That can leave you feeling pushed toward paying for a plan or switching to another tool instead. Since the platform covers so many different use cases, it can also mean paying for features that may not be relevant to what you actually need which isn't ideal.

“Reporting and metrics”
Pros
This tool covers everything we needed for resource and project tracking. When you know your way around it, the reporting and metrics are really strong for following progress, velocity and other key indicators.
Cons
It's definitely a workhorse and although new users can still get a lot out of it, setting things up properly really takes someone with great experience. Even then, there are so many features and possible use cases that it can feel like there's always more you should be doing which gets overwhelming.

“Flexible setup with many options”
Pros
One of the best parts is how much you can tailor it to fit the way you work. There are plenty of options available when setting up a project so it can be adapted to different needs really well.
Cons
The downside is that it takes time to get comfortable with everything because the learning curve is pretty steep. With so many features included, you really have to spend time exploring them before it all starts to make sense.

“Reliable team task tracking”
Pros
Working with a remote team is much more manageable with this project and task management tool. It gives everyone a clear view of assigned work and makes it simple to monitor progress from one screen. Adding tasks, assigning them to others and keeping them updated is very easy. The option to share large files within tasks is also a really useful bonus. On top of that, the reporting works well and gives a great view of how projects and tasks are progressing over time.
Cons
Since it's part of the tool's ecosystem, you first have to sign in through the portal and then navigate into the actual account. It may not sound like a major problem at first but it gets frustrating when you have to log in frequently and go through a somewhat drawn-out series of menu clicks just to reach the tool and your dashboard.

“Fast updates with handy dropdowns”
Pros
Whether I need to make a quick change or spend time on a more detailed update, this works really well. It's very user-friendly and the drop-down boxes let me enter information quickly without any hassle.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I still haven't run into any issues with it and it has become a big part of my day-to-day work when I'm regularly updating client information.

“Customizable with great support”
Pros
Getting this up and running was easy, the customer service has been excellent and there's a lot of flexibility for customization. The marketplace community is also large which adds a lot of value.
Cons
Newer view is pretty difficult to navigate and I definitely prefer the older layout. Every now and then, page loads can also be a bit slow.

“customizable team workflows”
Pros
Creating and organizing tasks and sub-tasks works really well here and setting up different workflow types is very efficient too. That becomes especially useful for handling privileges and permissions across different user groups working on the same task since access can be managed in a practical way.
Cons
The percentage-based tracking though, is not very convenient to use. It depends on the number of hours logged for a specific job and developers are not always comfortable entering that information. It would be much better if they could directly add the progress percentage themselves so the status is clearer and easier to see.

“Flexible timesheet tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of working hours with this system has been very convenient. I don't need to enter every activity one by one since I can just click the date on the row where the activity already appears. It also supports a high volume of logged activities so it works well even for larger companies. Another thing I appreciate is being able to check my timesheet by day, week, month or year.
Cons
Whenever I open my timesheet, it keeps taking me to the next logging period instead of the current one which gets pretty frustrating. At times, the website also loads slowly.

“Setup for every workflow”
Pros
The platform can be tailored in depth to match your specific requirements through customization so it fits the company's processes really well. It also supports both agile and traditional project methods within the same instance which makes it very versatile.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the interface mixes English and German text although that may just come down to the settings being configured incorrectly. The search function could also use some improvement especially when it comes to showing the most relevant results first.

“simple tracking that works”
Pros
Project management tools are excellent and planning and tracking day-to-day activities works really well. Getting started doesn't take much time because the system is easy to learn and use. It fits very well with agile methodology, bug tracking is built in effectively and the customization options are a big plus.
Cons
Creating dashboards isn't very simple which can be confusing at times. The file upload size limit is quite low and the number of software integrations available is still limited. On top of that, the error notifications can get a bit annoying once in a while.

“Great for easy workflows”
Pros

“One place for tickets”
Pros
Having a single place to manage all of our internal tickets has been really helpful. It works very well as an internal ticketing system and it's nice not having to juggle multiple tools for those requests.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see is a service cloud option so we could extend it to customers for their support tickets too. That would let us move away from the client-facing CRM system we're currently using.

“Built for collaboration”
Pros
One thing that really helps is the task assignment feature which comes with a workflow interface that clearly shows what is currently running. Because of that, team members and even people from other teams can quickly understand the progress of a project. The Scrum and Kanban boards are also very useful especially when the team needs to brainstorm and organize ideas together. The setup feels simple enough that everyone can collaborate well and decide priorities without much confusion. It also makes it easier for team members to spot issues reported by others during the process. Another valuable feature is the roadmap which gives the team visibility into upcoming plans and helps everyone stay focused on their current work. For team leaders, the roadmap provides full oversight of the different tasks being handled and gives a complete view of the project which makes decision-making much easier. On top of that, it connects well with other applications, offers plenty of templates and has a strong community that helps users understand the software better. The design is also a big plus because it looks clean, simple and is comfortable to use.
Cons
One downside is that support for website performance still feels lacking since the site can be quite slow and sometimes takes too long to load. There are also still errors in some of the newer features which is disappointing because those additions are actually very helpful for project management. On top of that, the pricing is not as competitive as it could be.

“Made for Scrum teams”
Pros
Built with Scrum and Kanban in mind, this tool fits the workflow really well. It offers an simple way to set up epics, user stories and tasks and the reporting features make it very simple to monitor each sprint's progress as well as the team's overall performance.
Cons
There's definitely a lot going on in the software and because of its wide range of features some dedicated training is needed to get the most out of everything it offers. That said, once you get familiar with the functions you use regularly, it starts to feel quite simple.
