“Easy workflow tracking”
Pros
Being able to set up the workspace the way you need it and keep tabs on scrum activity is really useful. It also lets you create tasks and subtasks, assign owners and follow progress as each scrum phase moves along.
Cons
Using it can feel pretty awkward at times and it is not as user-friendly as it could be. Moving back and forth between different views and getting back to tasks can be awkward so I usually end up saving links just to navigate the various stories more easily.

“Strong project visibility”
Pros
One thing this software does really well is project tracking and reporting. It helps teams plan work, manage it properly and break down the tasks that need to be done in detail. Its flexibility is also a big advantage since it can be configured to fit a wide range of environments and processes. On top of that, the GUI-based administration makes it possible to customize issue types, workflows and screens for different situations.
Cons
Because the software is so versatile, people often end up pushing too many activities into it which can create unnecessary bureaucracy. Another challenge is that the learning curve can be tough for non-technical users and it may take a lot of customization before it becomes more accessible for them.

“All you need for projects”
Pros
Our team has been using it for more than two years and it has been a really good fit. Once you get going, it's simple to use and we don't need any other software to manage our projects.
Cons
At the start, it took a bit of time to understand how everything worked but after that it was fine.

“Helpful dashboards”
Pros
Handling issue tracking and project management with this tool has been really good. It offers plenty of fields to work with and the interface feels comfortable to use. The dashboards and Kanban boards are also very useful features.
Cons
Search could be better because sometimes when typing a query, it doesn't recognize projects that have spaces between the words.

“Keeps issues moving”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is being able to follow the timeline for resolving critical issues. I just need to send a request describing the problem to the support team and assign the urgency level. The process is quick, the issue gets handled fast and that helps me keep serving clients at a high standard so they stay happy with the service. It's an excellent application for managing issues across a large organization. Since it has multiple functions, it also helps me organize my time better and set clear work priorities.
Cons
The only thing that really matters at the start is making sure all of the company's needs are properly configured because that's what allows the app to deliver maximum value across internal processes.

“Great for remote teams”
Pros
Being able to get a clear overview of the team's work while everyone is fully remote has been a big advantage especially during the pandemic. The interface is thoughtfully designed and the task-switching alerts work easily.
Cons
Sometimes a few parts of the interface are not immediately clear although it doesn't take long to adjust. For instance, the home page shows a lot of information at once so it can sometimes feel distracting.

“Part of daily work”
Pros
It's part of our everyday workflow for managing regular tasks and support tickets especially when we need to send requests to our international headquarters for processing.
Cons
A few of the issue categories aren't detailed enough which makes it harder to classify problems accurately. Some request fields also have character limits when there should be room to include more information. There are times when a ticket gets submitted and then sits for quite a while without a response and there's no way to send a reminder to teammates about pending tasks.

“Helps set priorities”
Pros
Being able to assign priority to tasks is really useful because it makes it clear what needs attention first. I use this app every day to stay in touch with colleagues and it helps a lot with checking on tasks and getting them completed on time.
Cons
At the beginning, the menu felt complicated and it was hard to find the feature I needed. After using the application for a while though, it became much more practical and understandable in everyday use.

“Flexible project views”
Pros
Having lots of different boards and multiple views for the same project is really useful. You can choose which one to focus on based on your goals and the people you're collaborating with which makes the platform feel very adaptable.
Cons
The downside is that it gets unnecessarily expensive and overly complicated when you want to tailor the experience beyond the default setup especially because you often need a lot of plugins to do it.

“Feature-packed solution”
Pros
Among ticketing platforms, it stands out as one of the best available. It handles everything from queue management and resource utilization to CSAT report extraction and performance tracking so it covers nearly every project need in one place. The platform feels user-friendly overall and the wide range of features and tools really helps simplify daily work. I'm genuinely loving the platform right now.
Cons
While using it, I felt there are still a few areas that could be improved and made more simple. The interface has room to be refined and features such as CSAT report extraction could be further developed and added in a more user-friendly way.

“Great pipeline visibility”
Pros
The pipeline overview is really great and being able to plug in links while keeping the fields that matter to your process makes it very practical. Setup is convenient and it stays nicely updated alongside other tools like GitHub.
Cons
It can feel a bit awkward and somewhat admin-heavy depending on the ticket format you need and everything that has to be included. Having templates built in could probably help with that.

“Perfect for tracking work”
Pros
From a Product Manager's perspective, this tool has been excellent for keeping track of developers' work. We rely on the Kanban board every day because it gives us a clear view of everyone's status and makes reviews much more easy. Having that visibility at a glance also makes it much simpler to communicate updates to business stakeholders.
Cons
While it works well for technical users, our business teams often struggle when it comes to linking items and searching for epics. It seems to be most simple when you already know how to work with JQL.

“Powerful search and filtering”
Pros
Being able to use JQL is a huge plus. It lets me build custom Kanban boards that show all of my tasks in one place, no matter which project they belong to.
Cons
At times, creating even a simple task takes longer than it should. You really have to spend time setting up custom templates so you don't waste more time than necessary.

“Simple task tracking”
Pros
Submitting items is really easy and it's just as simple to track progress and get notified whenever there's an update. Being able to tag coworkers is also a feature I really appreciate.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind right now. The only small limitation was that colleagues without access to the system couldn't be tagged for updates which would have been helpful.

“Strong features and easy setup”
Pros
Getting started with the product is quick and the installation process doesn't take much effort. It also offers a broad set of features so you can build out a more detailed and advanced setup when needed. Setting up teams, departments, ticket types, client interactions and tracking is easy and everything is managed through a clean organized interface.
Cons
Costs can climb pretty quickly as you add more users and unlock additional features. It helps to map out your use cases in advance so you only choose what you actually need and can roll out features in the most cost-effective way.

“Helpful step-by-step guidance”
Pros
It walks you through every part of the process step by step which is really helpful for someone like me who sometimes struggles to understand certain things.
Cons
The downside is that it was only a trial. They should offer people a way to earn money toward buying the rest of the software or give users the option to pay for it as they continue learning.

“Real-time updates keep everyone aligned”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated was how any edit made by one person was instantly visible to everyone else. It was also helpful that you could include people who only needed to follow along and stay updated even if they weren't assigned specific tasks.
Cons

“easy tracking done right”
Pros
Our team uses it in an Agile setup and it handles sprint management really well. We can create tasks as needed, add detailed descriptions, assign them to specific users and move them through the different stages until they're completed. It's also helpful that comments can be added along the way and mentioning other users sends them email notifications about the updates.
Cons
