“flexible views”
Pros
Working in an agile way is one of the best parts of using this tool. Creating new user stories and tasks is fairly simple and having multiple views available makes it really helpful to track progress from different angles.
Cons
That same flexibility also makes the setup very confusing. You really have to know exactly what you're doing and I've seen even administrators struggle with the configuration. On top of that, once a project setup is in place some parts can't be changed later which has left us stuck when we've needed to pivot.

“Helpful for teams”
Pros
After using it for about a year, it has proven to be really helpful for our agile team. It does a good job of keeping everyone organized and tracking the progress of a project is very easy.
Cons
One issue is the user interface. It feels quite complex which can be confusing for someone who is just getting started.

“Time-saving reporting”
Pros
Compared with the issue tracking backend we used before, this has been a major upgrade. Writing queries is pretty easy and the reporting features make day-to-day work much more manageable.
Cons
One limitation is that reports still need to be coded when there isn't already a template available. That part feels like it could be simpler although I'm still learning the system and hoping to discover better ways to build custom reports.

“Flexible Kanban collaboration”
Pros
Over the years, we've relied on it to run both our development and support teams and we even managed to bring our sales staff into a weekly kanban workflow. The lane customization is something I really appreciate since it can be tailored to fit the job and it also works well when multiple people need to collaborate on the same item.
Cons
Getting everything set up and customized is not simple or simple. Anyone who is new to the platform would probably struggle to figure it out on their own. It's definitely a powerful tool but using it is far from self-explanatory.

“great feedback hub”
Pros
Working with this platform has been really valuable for our team because it offers a lot of features that improve collaboration between users and the people building the software and applications. We rely on it to stay connected with the Innovation department which creates many of the tools we use every day at work. It works especially well for sharing feedback, uploading files, setting bug fixes and issue corrections by priority and planning future implementations.
Cons
Interface looks fairly simple at first but it is not especially user friendly in practice. A lot of menus and dropdown options are tucked away which can make navigation less simple than it should be. I would rather have a cleaner layout that moves from general sections into more specific parts of the application, instead of presenting so many choices right on the starting page.

“Roadmap and sprint hub”
Pros
From roadmap planning to sprint execution, this has been the best companion I could ask for in project management. It brings together everything needed to organize the roadmap, run agile processes, plan sprints and manage the full workflow of a project. The platform is very powerful and one of its biggest strengths is how much you can customize your own boards especially with its support for many third-party API integrations. On the development side, navigating through it feels very natural and gives a clear view of my tasks and the goals the squad is working toward. From a project management perspective, the tracking and analytics are incredibly useful and give me the insight I need to make great decisions.
Cons
At times, performance can slow down and it seems to happen more when there are a lot of cards, tasks, comments and attachments loading at once. On very large projects, that can become a little frustrating and sometimes ends up costing extra time.

“Bug tracking for agile teams”
Pros
Keeping project bugs and tasks organized is where this software really shines. It works especially well for Agile projects and has been very helpful for team collaboration. Adding new features to projects is simple and it also makes it convenient to monitor overall team activity. On top of that, tickets can be created and assigned to the right team members without much effort.
Cons
One thing that's missing most of the time is a mobile app and the file upload size limit can be restrictive. There are also moments when the user interface feels a bit complex.

“Flexible setup with handy integrations”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how adjustable it is from one project to another, along with the ability to connect it with different tools. It's simple to customize and shape around what the team actually needs.
Cons
On the downside, teams often have to wait years for the most requested features to even be considered which makes it feel like user needs are not listened to very much. I also miss certain options in day-to-day use that would help it align more fully with Agile principles and combined practices.

“Customization for any workflow”
Pros
There's an incredible amount of customization available. You can set up almost anything to support the way you or your team prefer to work.
Cons
Cloud version can be fairly slow and with so many customization options, it's also possible to add unnecessary elements or make processes overly complicated. It's not really suited for admins who haven't had proper training.

“Feature-rich tracking”
Pros
There's a wide range of features here especially around sprint boards, task creation and issue tracking. It gives the team a clear picture of the work that's been taken on and helps keep everything organized and visible.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is figuring out how to navigate the platform when trying to explore newer features it introduces.

“Team-friendly shared feedback”
Pros
Working with a team is really easy and everyone can add their input to the same item while staying aligned because the whole team can see the exact same issues.
Cons
There's a slight learning curve at the start especially for new users so it can take a little time to fully understand. Other than that, there really isn't anything to dislike about the app.

“Custom workflows”
Pros
Adding tasks for users is easy and being able to build our own workflow makes the system highly customizable. It also comes with a wide range of features which is a big reason it feels like one of the best options out there.
Cons
Assigning work can be difficult and the system can feel complicated at times. It also needs some upfront training before people can start using the software properly.

“Strong customization but weak performance”
Pros
Almost everything can be customized and on top of that, you can also write your own code through a well-designed API.
Cons
Performance is frequently quite poor and I really hope that improves going forward.

“Highly configurable platform”
Pros
Instead of forcing your team to adapt to the tool, this software can be configured to fit the way your team already works. It offers an exceptional level of flexibility that is hard to find in the crowded issue management space. When it comes to software development and agile process management, it really feels like the industry standard.
Cons
This is best suited for teams that are prepared to invest time in administration and ongoing management because getting everything set up properly takes a lot of effort. The powerful features and deep configurability are definitely there but they come with a noticeable management overhead.

“Visual dashboards and bulk uploads”
Pros
Any project manager can use this software to keep a close eye on progress. The dashboards make insights much more visual and my favorite feature is being able to bulk upload issue cards.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much to complain about. The only issue is that the filter option occasionally doesn't work properly.

“Flexible setup and teamwork”
Pros
Getting everything configured is easy, creating tasks is simple and collaboration between users works really well. The add-ons also help cover every angle we need.
Cons
It's not the best option for planning large, waterfall-style projects with interconnected projects and tasks although it's still usable for that purpose.

“Quick releases and easy setup”
Pros
From my perspective, it's a great project management tool. As an administrator, the configuration is easy and our team has been able to release products faster using it.
Cons

“Bitbucket integration is great”
Pros
One feature I really love is the Bitbucket integration since it lets me close an issue right from a merged pull request.
Cons
Feature I really don't enjoy is the huge number of notifications for things like teammate comments, status updates and similar activity. I'd much rather have congreatated notifications, like a daily summary.

“Essential ticketing and workflows”
Pros
Creating tickets while checking issue history has become really important in my role. The ability to set up tickets quickly and build workflows that match the different development processes across our organization is now essential to how the business operates.
Cons
There are a few minor parts of the editing process that I wish were simpler to adjust. That said, most of the options already exist or can be added without much trouble.

“Flexible labels and smart search”
Pros
Setting up custom labels is simple, creating project views feels pretty easy and the search functionality is powerful. Exporting boards or pulling search data is also very convenient.
Cons
One downside is that anyone can add label values which can lead to duplicates and make searches and boards feel cluttered. Also, the more advanced search options require a bit of technical know-how.
