“Custom boards and task links”
Pros
Being able to customize the boards to match your own workflow is a real plus. Assigning tasks, watching them and tagging users all works well and the links and labels make it simple to return to related cases when needed.
Cons
Biggest issue comes up when I need to change a task from one type to another. That part of the process feels pretty awkward and not very simple.

“Better story estimation”
Pros
The estimates feature has been the biggest plus for me. Before switching to it, I had to use the Skype chat window to point user stories. Now I can handle story pointing directly inside estimates which makes that part of the process much more convenient.
Cons
One limitation is that a story can only be assigned to a single person. When more than one person is actually working on the same user story, only one of them ends up getting all the credit.

“Strong collaboration and task visibility”
Pros
Working with teammates is one of the best parts of this software. It comes with strong collaboration features and it also does a good job of helping you track your own tasks and projects while giving others visibility into what you're working on.
Cons
It takes some time to get comfortable with the interface. The UI is not very simple so there is definitely a learning curve and without expert guidance it may take a while to build a process that fits each team well.

“Reliable team coordination”
Pros
Right away, the number of built-in features makes it simple to get up and running without a lot of extra setup. It's a dependable platform that stays stable, doesn't crash and helps teams assign work and coordinate their efforts really well.
Cons
Getting started does require setting up flows and processes and parts of that aren't very simple at first. There's definitely some time needed to learn the interface but once that clicks, using it becomes much more natural.

“Integration works but usability lags”
Pros
Getting it connected to our existing tools and platforms was pretty easy. Anytime we weren't sure how to make a connection or couldn't find the right way to set something up, support was available to guide us and help us through it.
Cons
Even though integrating the software was easy, actually using it didn't feel very simple. In my opinion, the learning curve is quite long. Our team is fairly tech-savvy and it still took a significant amount of time for everyone to understand how it works and feel comfortable using it.

“Clear visibility across teams”
Pros
Different teams, like marketing and development, can map out how each stream of work fits together, including all the dependencies between tasks. It makes it really clear to see where a piece of work currently sits, how far along it is and whether anything is blocking progress.
Cons
It feels much more geared toward developers than other software tools. You couldn't just hand it over to another department and expect them to figure it out immediately, it definitely needs some training and a bit of guidance first.

“Workflow powerhouse”
Pros
Setting up full workflows and standardized processes with this has been really effective. It also works extremely well for organizing and managing tasks across the company.
Cons
One downside is how resource-intensive it can be. When several tabs are open and multiple tasks are running at once, it takes up a large amount of RAM and on less powerful computers it can be slow to load.

“User-friendly but notification issues”
Pros
Getting around the software is very simple which makes it highly user-friendly for our teams and easy to work with.
Cons
At the moment, it feels a bit outdated and we regularly run into problems when trying to align communication especially with notifications.

“Platform with wide integrations”
Pros
It is an excellent platform for technical projects. It covers nearly everything you could need and when something is missing, it connects well with plenty of other tools and platforms.
Cons
Downside is that it can feel overly complex and not always simple especially for people who are not very tech-savvy. Our project teams worked with it without trouble but when clients were invited to view boards, they sometimes struggled to find their way around.

“Highly configurable for teams”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility in this tool which is a big plus. Creating work items is pretty easy especially when your organization has already configured it with all the fields you need.
Cons
Getting the most out of the software seems to take quite a bit of advanced setup. That comes with the high level of customization which can be both a benefit and a downside. Compared with other tools I've used, prioritizing tickets and keeping the backlog organized feels less simple. It also seems much more geared toward developers so it's not as friendly for regular stakeholders or Product Owners. On top of that some of the ticket formatting in the WYSIWYG editor can get pretty frustrating.

“Helpful time management”
Pros
The way tasks are laid out makes them very simple to follow. Delaying when assignments are shared also gives better control overall. It's a program I'd definitely recommend for managing time.
Cons
For small companies, the pricing feels high. The customer support team is helpful but it costs extra.

“Good project tracking but limited scalability”
Pros
Works well for Agile and Scrum projects and the interface feels fairly simple to navigate from a user experience standpoint. It's also a reasonable choice for small and medium-sized businesses.
Cons
Managing it on the admin side was difficult. The free trial is pretty limited and the per-user pricing starts to become a problem as the company grows.

“Sprint backlog tracking”
Pros
After comparing it with other tools like Backlog, this one felt more powerful than the alternatives. The features I value most are the sprint backlog management and the clear separation between ticket watchers and the assignee.
Cons
One thing I find frustrating is that links in ticket descriptions and comments open in the same browser tab. After a sprint is completed, getting back to the backlog from the sprint view isn't very simple and I usually have to rely on the browser's back button. It would also be helpful if there were an option to assign an entire sprint to a single team member.

“Versatile for agile work”
Pros
It works well across Scrum, Kanban and DevOps workflows and it also connects nicely with Slack, Bitbucket, GitHub and other services used in agile environments.
Cons
The interface feels outdated and the pages take quite a while to load. The desktop app is pretty basic too and it doesn't include as many features as the web version.

“simple design with great features”
Pros
Its design and feature set make it really simple to track and respond to IT issues. The interface is approachable for beginners while still offering plenty of advanced capabilities for more experienced use.
Cons
It would be even better with a clearer way to view overall project progress, such as graphs, progress bars or similar visual indicators.

“Helpful tracking and reporting”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and it lets you stay on top of everything the team is working on while also giving you access to all kinds of reports you might need.
Cons
At times, the website can be a little tricky to navigate and it's pretty easy to lose your way at first. That said, once you get used to how it's laid out, finding what you need isn't too difficult.
