“simple to get started”
Pros
Right from the first walkthrough, the tool feels fairly easy to pick up and use. At the same time, it can start to feel a little overwhelming because so much of the information is organized and maintained by internal teams.
Cons
Since the content is managed by internal teams, the information you need can easily get buried. There really isn't a clear or logical data hierarchy which makes things harder to find.

“Well known choice”
Pros
I think one of its biggest strengths is its strong reputation, almost everyone working in project management or software development has either used it, heard about it or at least given it a try.
Cons
That said, it does have a few shortcomings. As the team grows, the pricing rises quite a bit which can be hard for smaller teams to justify. Tracking history can also become complicated if everything hasn't been set up properly from the beginning, from naming conventions to organizing the right tabs and that's not always obvious in the early stages of a project. On top of that while the interface is user-friendly overall, structuring a project inside it can still be tricky and it's hard to picture a larger group, say around 20 people, communicating efficiently through it.

“Great for software teams”
Pros
From managing software projects to tracking sprints, stories and story points, this tool covers just about everything I need. It also includes tons of story attributes which makes searching for issues, bugs or possible improvements much more practical. The part I enjoy most is being able to clearly see my own work as a developer and keep up with everything I still need to get done.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that filtering can sometimes be a little complicated for average users. The software is extremely powerful but because it can do so much, it may feel overwhelming at times for someone who is not used to having that many features available.

“best software !”
Pros
Assigning projects to coworkers works really well and tagging people in project content sends email notifications to each person as things move along. The progress percentage is very clear so it's easy to see exactly how far a project has advanced. Setting up the steps needed to reach 100% completion is easy and it helps keep everyone accountable for finishing their part since unfinished tasks just sit there. Automatic emails also go out with every update or change which keeps the whole process visible.
Cons
Access can be a little inconsistent depending on the project and who owns it since the person who created or manages it sometimes has to grant other users permission just to view the project and receive updates. Also, if you want everyone assigned to a project to get all the emails, an admin has to add the right people as a group or team instead of users being able to request access or add themselves. On top of that, alerts in the Notifications area have to be manually marked as seen.

“Keeps work organized”
Pros
Keeping work organized across teams is where this really delivers. We're able to follow requests coming from other groups and because so much gets documented, it's possible to go back through older records to see what happened before and use that context to guide future work. Time can be logged against tasks, progress is visible and comments can be added as things move along. It also makes it simple to check the status of a project or request and understand where things stand. Overall, the functionality we need is there.
Cons
The search feature is still a weak spot for me because it isn't very simple even though the newer cloud version has gotten better. Another frustration is that a lot of companies put it behind a VPN which makes access more difficult than it should be. On top of that, the software can be hard for both me and other people to use and I regularly see misunderstandings around how it works that lead to mistakes and wasted time. I also really don't enjoy using it as my daily to-do list because the interface feels unfriendly to begin and end the day with.

“Better than before”
Pros
Over the past couple of years, I've watched it go through several major updates and it feels nothing like the version I first tried back in 2013. I wasn't very impressed with it at the time but today it has evolved into a completely different product. Having nearly every bit of text turn into an input field when you click into it, along with the fact that almost every element can be moved with drag and drop, makes day-to-day work really convenient.
Cons
Two issues stand out for me, the interface can be slow and sometimes the whole team ends up staring at a screen that's still loading. The other frustration is how often updates roll out because they tend to move controls around and force us to relearn where certain options are located.

“Makes agile work easier”
Pros
It has put together a really well-balanced tool that makes project tracking, bug fixing and running a genuinely agile process feel effortless. The features are thoughtfully designed and the overall experience is user-friendly and pleasant to work with.
Cons
One important gap is the lack of costing and billing management. A few features also seem more focused on keeping users locked into the ecosystem and the file-sharing integration could definitely be better.

“flexible and connected”
Pros
Plenty of flexibility here, with a wide set of features and great multi-project support that lets us connect tasks across different projects. It also integrates well with other tools like Bitbucket and various third-party software which makes it even more useful.
Cons
Team and permission management still feels unclear and takes quite a bit of effort to set up properly. Another downside is that the on-premise option is being discontinued and issue or task priorities can be overlooked too easily.

“Faster and more modern”
Pros
It has come a long way over the past few years. It's noticeably faster now, feels more simple to use and the updated look is much sleeker and more modern.
Cons
Navigating through the many board formats, each with its own set of filters, is still a hassle. Creating and managing your own board views should be much simpler.

“good for product teams”
Pros
This is a really strong tool for product management especially with how well it connects to other platforms like Confluence. It works very well for kanban boards and sprint planning and there's a lot of flexibility once you start using it regularly. The only thing is that the interface could be a bit more simple at times.
Cons
At times even simple tasks aren't as easy as they should be. That said, after spending some time with it and getting familiar with how it works, it becomes much easier to use and feels very powerful.

“adapts to your workflow”
Pros
There's a lot you can do with this software and once you understand what it's capable of, you can really tailor your workflow to fit exactly what you need.
Cons
It's definitely very complex so sometimes it's hard to even tell what can be customized in the first place. A lot of the functionality isn't very simple even though it's powerful.

“Better team collaboration”
Pros
Our team uses it to create tasks and keep track of them while working with the R&D team. When a bug comes up, we rely on it to collaborate and manage the case. It's also useful for looking up other tasks when we need to find related work.
Cons
The search functionality could also be expanded since it doesn't always return all the results. We often have to try different combinations of the same keywords to find what we need.

“My go to ticketing tool”
Pros
Day to day, this is the ticket management tool I rely on most. It's the best option I've used especially because it keeps communication open with users and sends alerts incredibly fast. The task management side is also a big plus since it helps me monitor employee schedules and keep everyone on track while working virtually.
Cons
Right now changing the assignee means creating a communication every time. If the wrong person gets selected by mistake, the submitter receives one notification for the incorrect assignment and then another when it's reassigned to the right person.

“Better than spreadsheets”
Pros
Setting up projects is easy and it works well for organizing software application tests under them. It's also very helpful for keeping a record of previous test runs. The hierarchy by itself is a big step up compared with using Excel.
Cons
Moving 100+ test cases from one project version to another, along with their history, isn't as simple as it should be. A lot of the time, the test cases end up disappearing from the older version.

“Everything we need”
Pros
Every day, we rely on it for standup meetings and keeping projects on track. It's a very complete platform with pretty much all the features and capabilities you'd expect to need.

“easy collaboration”
Pros
People both inside and outside our organization can jump in, contribute to projects and take part in discussions while still having a way to keep the workflow organized.
Cons
It can become cluttered pretty quickly which may partly come down to how it's being used or managed so strong administration and oversight really matter.

“Brings order to requests”
Pros
This has made it much easier for us to handle a growing volume of user requests. We now have clear visibility into who is working on which topics and it's become essential for prioritization thanks to standard fields like Priority and Story Point Estimate. Before using it, a lot of feedback got lost and the number of requests felt overwhelming.
Cons
The reporting side still needs work. It isn't very flexible and building a report with specific criteria can be quite complicated. It would also help to have more user-rights options especially the ability to limit permissions based on team roles.

“reliable and connected”
Pros
Kanban setup does its job really well here and the integrations with the other tools in our tech stack make it possible to automate parts of the workflow. At its core, the product works reliably and covers the essentials well.
Cons
It works best when you don't try to get too fancy with it. The APIs are useful but we still wish there were more automation options available. Sub-tasks and progress tracking also feel like they were added later rather than being thoughtfully built in from the start.

“simple and dependable”
Pros
Service has been very dependable. It's easy to check whether there's an outage in the area and the ordering and administration process is simple.
Cons
Right out of the box, the software is pretty basic. Once you start adding components, it takes a lot of effort to configure everything exactly the way you need it. Thorough testing is essential to make sure it all works properly. Extra features always cost more and there really aren't any price breaks.
